1100024688 On 11-16-2011 at 0810 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 700 blk of Van Winkle St. on a suspicious persons call. While in route I saw a white male walking from the area. Upon arrival the complainant advised that the suspicious male had left area. The complainant's description of man fit the description of the man I saw leaving the area. I stopped the man at 1000 Jameson St. and identified him as Justin Pierce. Pierce had a Parker County warrant for his arrest for Theft 50 to 500. I placed Pierce under arrest and he was booked into the Parker County jail with out incident.
11-16-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-16-2011 at approximately 0836 hours I was dispatched to the 1900 Block of Old Dicey Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 36 yoa) who advised that sometime between 1900 hours on 11-15-2011 and 0700 hours on 11-16-2011 unknown person(s) cut and removed approximately 490' of heavy duty electrical wire from the construction site. The complainant indicated that the total value of the copper wire taken was approximately $965.00. The complainant did not know who may have taken the wire and he does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly appropriated the property of another with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report (copper) was taken.
On November 16, 2011 at approimately 2030 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 1319 W Ball St. in reference to a theft that had occurred. I contacted the complainant, Juliana Renteria, who advised me that two bicycles valued at $100.00 each had been taken from her residence between 1400 and 2030 on this date. She stated that she did want to prosecute. A report for theft 50-500 was taken.
On 11-16-11 at approximately 2105 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the 2100 block of Bethel road in reference to a harassing phone call. Upon my arrival I contacted the victim, Maria Diaz, who told me that she received a phone call from a blocked number and did not know who the caller was. The caller told Diaz he knew where she worked and lived and knew she needed money. The caller then offered to pay Diaz for sexual acts. Diaz got off the phone and called the police because she was upset and scared. A report for harassment was made.
On 11-16-11 at approximately 2142 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the 200 block of W I-20 in reference to an intoxicated subject. Upon arrival I contacted the complainant who advised that he observed an intoxicated person in his business. I made contact with the intoxicated subject and identified him as David Williams. After my investigation, Williams was arrested for Public Intoxication and a report was made.
On 11/16/2011 at approximately 2315 hrs Officer Watson and Sgt Laine were dispatched to respond to the 2000 Block of Santa Fe Dr in Weatherford, TX in reference to a possible intoxicated person. Upon arrival, officers were met by several employees that stated that there was a Hispanic male in the theatre room with his pants down. Officers made contact and with the male (who was passed out) and identified him as Mario Rodriguez. Rodriguez was in the theatre alone and did in fact have his pants around his knees. Due to Rodriguez’s level of intoxication and his close proximity to Santa Fe Dr and Interstate 20, Rodriguez presented a danger to himself and others. Rodriguez was issued citation (#109915) and placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. Rodriguez was then booked into Parker County Jail on said charge.
