On 11/14/11 at approximately 0540 hours Officer Stagner and Officer Lamb were dispatched to the 1800 Blk of Santa Fe Dr in reference to a burglary of a commercial building. Upon arrival the officers were met with Debra Mask (w/f 55 y/o) who advised that the building had been broken into. Mask advised an unknown subject without consent forced entry into the building with the intent to commit theft.

Monday 11-14-11 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant John Bacon who lives in Weatherford, Texas. He advised that a known suspect had been using his debit card to pay her cable bill. He does wish to prosecute for debit card abuse. No further information.

On 11/14/11 Officer B. Stagner and Officer D. Lamb responded to a civil issue in the 2000 Blk of Ft Worth Hwy. Upon arrival the officers were met with two Hispanic males 37 Y/O and 51 Y/O. The two complainants then advised that their vehicle had been taken from the 1000 Blk of Water St without their permission. The vehicle was taken on the night of 11/12/11.

I am Officer J. Welborn 58 and I am assigned to WISD as a school resource officer. On Monday 11/14/2011 I was on duty at Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. I was advised that a crime stoppers tip came in that stated that a female juvenile student was in possession of marijuana. A check of the student revealed that the student was in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

I am Officer J. Welborn 58 and I am currently assigned to WISD as a school resource officer. On Monday 11/14/2011, at approximately 13:45, I was on duty at Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. At approximately 13:45 I arrested a juvenile student for possession of marijuana. During the investigation, it was discovered that another juvenile student had sold the marijuana to the first student. The student who sold the marijuana was arrested for

On Monday, 11-14-2011 at approximately 1842 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 100 block Briarhaven Blvd, in reference to a theft offense. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who was verbally identified as Richard Pena. Mr. Pena reported that on 08-13-2011, unknown person had forged his signature and his grandson's signature and withdrew $250.00 from a savings account. Mr. Pena stated that he had not given anyone permission to withdraw the funds. An offense report was completed for the charge of Forgery Financial Instrument.

On 11-14-2011 I (B Pool #69) was on patrol in the 400 block of S Main when I observed a 2000 white Dodge Van turned left (west bound) from S Main St onto W Lee St against the red light. I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle in the 200 block of W Lee. I identified the driver as Donald Ray White W/M 67 YOA. An investigation showed White to be operating a motor vehicle in a public place, while he was intoxicated.

On Monday, 11-14-2011 at approximately 2200 hours, I, Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to the 2200 block of Brandy Drive, in reference to a family disturbance. Upon arrival it was found that the complainant was physically assaulted by his spouse. The spouse was arrested for the offense of Simple Assault Family Violence. The female spouse made offensive or provocative contact with her husband. A offense report was taken.
