Officer Warren, #57, was dispatched to speak with Majdi Abdel-Jalil who reported that an unknown suspect broke out a door window, in an attempt to make entry into his residence, 2400 Old Dennis Rd, Weatherford Texas, at approximately 1:50pm. The suspect then stole a bicycle in his flight from the residence. The suspect, Donald Orange 28 year old white male of Connecticut was arrested for a burglary warrant out of Fort Worth after a lengthy foot pursuit. Further charges are pending.
On 11-05-11 Todd A. Blackwell (W/M 34) of 201 Wellington Trl report a firearm stolen from his house by a known person sometime in the month of May of this year. A theft Report was competed.
On Saturday 11/05/11 at approximately 1730 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to contact Suzanne Lewis (w/f 42 y/o) regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. Lewis advised her white 2010 Toyota Corolla was burglarized on the previous night while it was parked in the driveway to her residence in the 200 block of Valley Ranch RD. Lewis advised unknown person/s entered her vehicle without her permission and appropriated property valued at $155 with the intent to deprive.
On 11/06/2011 at about 0219 hours, Sergeant Whitford (I) was dispatched to a suspicious person/vehicle call in the parking lot at 202 College Park Dr, Weatherford, Texas. Upon arrival I observed a dark colored vehicle parked in the parking lot with two persons inside; I further observed vomit on the parking lot just below the driver and the passenger doors of this vehicle. A resulting investigation led to the two occupants being intoxicated and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Timothy Blake Viehmann W/M 19 YOA was arrested for Public intoxication-minor and Possession of drug paraphernalia and Cody Michael Mayo W/M 23 YOA was arrested for public intoxication.
On 11/6/11 at approximately 0630 hours Officer B. Stagner and Officer D. Lamb were patrolling the 300 Blk of Front Street when a suspicious vehicle was located inside New Greenwood Cemetery. Officer's detained one white female (20 Y/O) and two white males (18 and 30 Y/O) for investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation a citation was issued to the driver Edward Buckle (W/M 30 Y/O) for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On 11-6-11 at approximately 1330 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Burglary Vehicle call at 209 Valley Ranch. Upon arrival at 209 Valley Ranch at approximately 1330 hours I met with the complainant, Tatina Mahanay, who advised that sometime between approximately 1700 hours on 11-4-11 and 1245 hours this date some unknown person or persons entered her unlocked vehicle that was parked in the drive of the residence and stole a black leather cd case containing numerous cds, a garage door opener, and a I-trip I-pad connector radio adapter. A report was made.
On this date at about 1500 hours, Jeremy Cohn (Asset Protection Associate) from a retail store in the 100 block of I-20 E, reported that a subject was in the process of shoplifting electronics from the store. Officer Morton and I (Officer T. Johnson 19) arrived on scene and apprehended the subject later identified as Jason Wayne Trojanowski W/M 25 yoa outside the store. Trojanowski was arrested and charged with Theft with two previous convictions, a State Jail Felony.
