On Friday November 4, 2011 at about 12:30pm Sgt Rudolph, #35, spoke with Chris Mayfield who wanted to report his adult white male roommate for unknown reason(s) damaged the inside of their shared rent house in the 600 block of N Merrimac. Mayfield reported the roommate damged his tools, TV, entertainment center and window to Mayfield's bedroom without Mayfield permission. A report for criminal mischief was made.

On 11-4-11 at approximately 1327 hours officers responded to a minor accident in the 600 block of N. Main St. Upon arrival in the area officers located the vehicles and drivers involved in the accident on the parking lot at 705 N. Main St. The driver of a gold in color 1996 4 door Oldsmobile was identified as William Nelson Syck Jr. he was arrested for Driving While License Invalid. A report was made.

Officer Warren, #57, was dispatched to speak with Majdi Abdel-Jalil who reported that an unknown suspect broke out a door window, in an attempt to make entry into his residence, 2400 Old Dennis Rd, Weatherford Texas, at approximately 1:50pm. The suspect then stole a bicycle in his flight from the residence. The suspect, Donald Orange 28 year old white male of Connecticut was arrested for a burglary warrant out of Fort Worth after a lengthy foot pursuit. Further charges are pending.

11/05/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 1700 Martin Dr in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the victim, Chelsey Boydstun. She advised that sometime between 3:00am and 9:55am 11/05/11, unknown person(s) without her consent, entered her 1999 Honda CRV that was parked in the Northwest part of the parking lot and took without her permission, a blue duffel bag that contained a Gateway laptop computer valued at $2000.00. A report for burglary vehicle was taken.

On Saturday November 5, 2011 at about 10:37am, Sgt Rudolph, #35, was dispatched to an apartment complex located at 1726 Martin Dr in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Brandon Eoff wanted to make a report that between 9pm Fri 11/04/2011and 9am Sat 11/05/2011 unknown person(s) without his consent entered into his blue 2008 Pontiac G5 and removed his wallet and a check that was in wallet. Eoff stated a neighbor found his wallet but the check is still missing. Several other victims in the area reported their vehicle had been broken into overnight

On 11-5-11 at approximately 1044 hours, I Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received an Animal Call at 301 Front St. in reference to a dog that had been shot during the night. I was advised to meet the complainant at the front lobby of the Weatherford Police Department located at 801 Santa Fe Dr. Upon arrival at the police department I met with the complainant, Paulina Province. Province stated that on this date between approximately 0800 and 0830 hours an unknown person or persons without her consent intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly shot her dog with a gun causing bodily injury to her dog. The animal was taken the veterinarian by the owner. A report was made.

On 11-5-11 at approximately 1130 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a residence in the 1700 blk of Martin DR. in reference to the burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with Kimberly Dimas (W/F 17 Y/O). Dimas advised her white Kia sedan was burglarized on the previous night. Dimas advised her wallet containing $20 was taken. Dimas advised an unknown person without her consent entered her motor vehicle and appropriated her property with the intent to deprive.

On 11/5/11 Officer Lamb was dispatched to the 1700 Blk of Martin DR. in reference to the burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Lamb met with Levi Leal (W/M 17 Y/O). Leal advised that his gray Hyundai sedan had been burglarized on the previous night. Leal advised that he had property valued between $50-$500 taken from his vehicle. Leal advised that an unknown person without his consent entered his motor vehicle and appropriated his property with the intent to deprive him. CFS# 1100023901

11/05/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 1720 Martin Dr to the managers office area in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with complainant, Christopher Phillips. Phillips advised that sometime between 2:30am and 3:40pm 11/05/11 Unknown person(s) without permission of Phillips, entered into his unlocked vehicle, a tan Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck, and took without his permission from the vehicle, an Apple I-Pod ($500.00), (1) I-Trip player $60.00 and approximately $40.00 in change. The vehicle had been parked at the Northwest side of the parking lot when it was burglarized. A report for burglary of a vehicle was made.

On Saturday, 11-05-11, I (Officer J. Richard) was dispatched to the 200 block of Lake Hollow Dr to meet with complainant in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Met with complainant who advised an unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle sometime during the night and took her red leather purse with contents inside without her effective consent.

On Saturday, 11-05-2011 at approximately 2217 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 202 College Park #134, in reference to a disturbance call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Andrew Paul Nicholson, who was later arrested for the offense of Resisting Arrest and Simple Assault Family Violence. An offense report was created for the above offenses

On Sat.11/05/2011 at 23:48 hrs. I, J.Hanna # 31 was dispatched to 713 E. Anderson the Weatherford Regional Medical Center in reference to an Assault. I met with Donald Roberts and he advised that he was on the 900 block of Jameson St. at around 22:00 hrs. on 11/05/11 when he was assaulted. Roberts said that he did not know who assaulted him. An assault report was made.
