On 11-2-2011 I (B Pool #69) observed a tan 1999 Mercury Mystique traveling northbound on King St. The vehicle came to the intersection of King St and E First St. The vehicle failed to signal a left turn within the required distance and a hole in the passenger side tail lamp that was displaying a white light. I attempted to pull the vehicle over but the driver failed to yield to my emergency lights and continued traveling west bound on E First. As we passed Liberty St the driver of the vehicle threw two small items out of the driver's side window. The driver of the vehicle finally pulled over in the 400 block of E First St. Investigation revealed that the two items thrown out of the vehicle were a bag of Marijuana and a bag of Methamphetamine. I also located a counterfeit $20.00 bill inside the vehicle while performing an inventory. The driver was identified as Becky Plowman Forsyth. Forsyth was arrested for Possession Penalty group 1 => 4 grams < 200 grams, Possesion of Marijuana under 2 ounces and Forgery.
