On 10/27/2011, a juvenile student stole items from a teacher. The student stole food items from a refrigerator, and then stole Ipod headphones from her bag. The theft occurred in a classroom at Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. The student was issued a citation for theft.

Monday 10-31-11 reporting officer (Hansen) talked with complainant Paul Neely who advised his Silver 1999 Honda Passport SUV bearing Temporary tag number 22G5399 was stolen from a motel in Weatherford by a black male subject that he had given a ride to from Fort Worth this morning. No further information. Neely does desire prosecution for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

On Monday October 31, 2011 around 1pm, Sgt Rudolph, #35, was dispatched to 300 block of E Akard in reference to a man with a gun. Upon arrival it was determined a white male had knowingly pointed a semi auto pistol at his live in girlfriend causing her to fear for her life while they were in the residence. The boyfriend, identified as: Robert Michael Cox, 40 years old white male, was arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon, family member and was also found to be in possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. Cox was placed into PCSO jail on both charges.

10/31/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 801B I-20E to a business in reference to a burglary of a building. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the victim, Rusty Miller. Miller advised that sometime between 12:30am and 5:42 am unknown persons without his consent, entered into his business and took without permission, approximately $12,000.00 worth of electrical, plumbing, mechanic and welding tools. A report for burglary of a building was made.

On, 10-31-11, I, Officer Meza, was dispatched to the 100 blk of Sherry Ct, in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with the complainant who stated that the tenant he was renting the house to removed the vent hood from the kitchen with out his persmisson. The complainant stated that he evicted the tenant and that he wanted to file theft charges on the tenant.

On, 10-31-2011, I, Officer Meza, was dispatched to the 100 blk of E Sixth, in reference to an assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with the mother of the victim, who stated that a Maroon in color SUV drove by the front of their residence and threw an egg at her daughter. The victim was struck in the right tricep area and she stated that it caused her to feel pain. No suspects at this time.
