On 10/29/2011 at approximately 02:08 hrs Weatherford Police Officers Shelley and Watson were dispatched to respond to an unknown situation in the 800 block of East First St. Upon arrival Officers identified the caller / victim as Ocampo, Flora. Ocampo reported that her 20 yr old son had slapped her on the face with his hand which caused her pain. Ocampo, Jaime was placed under arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and transported to the Parker County Jail.

On 10-29-2011 at 0735 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 500 blk of E Akard St on a Criminal Mischief call. I made contact with reportee, Johnny Sansom. Sansom advised that around 0130 hrs someone threw two bottles through his front window and one bottle at the residence putting a hole in the outside of the residence. Sansom did not know who did this, but he did wish to file charges for Criminal Mischief. The value of the damaged property was estimated at $200.00.

On Saturday, 10-29-2011 at 1109hrs reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to 1300 Santa Fe Dr. in reference to a subject attempting to pass a forged check. Upon arrival it was determined that the check in question was a forgery and a Aaron K. Whitaker (b/m 06-18-1957) was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument.

On 10-29-2011 at 1432 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 2800 Blk of White Settlement Rd. Weatherford TX. Complainant David Sprout advised that sometime between 10-15-2011 and 10-29-2011 he had 2500.00 dollars worth of Harley Davidson parts stolen from his garage. Sprout said that he has not given anyone permission to be on his property or to take the parts from his garage. Sprout is pursuing charges for burglary of a habitation.

On 10-29-11 at approximately 1720 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to 111 W I-20 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim. While speaking with the victim the suspect, Kenneth Wayne Patterson, walked up. The victim did not want to pursue any charges against Patterson. Patterson was found to have a warrant and was arrested.

On Saturday 10-29-2011 at approximately 2144 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to 2020 S. Main St. in reference to a possible intoxicated driver who pulled into the parking lot at that location. I arrived on scene and located the Gold GMC Sierra pickup called in by the reporting party. I made contact with the subject sitting in the drivers seat of the truck, Dustin Blake Wood a white male. I conducted an intoxication investigation with Wood and upon completion of the investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated to the extent that he posed a threat and or danger to himself and or others due to that intoxication level. I arrested Wood for Public intoxication and transported him to the Parker Co. Jail. End of narrative.

On 10-30-11 at approximately 0053 hours I, Officer J. Young #80 was dispatched to the 1200 block of Kay in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Elisa Benson, who advised she had been in a physical disturbance with a family member. Benson advised that the family member choked her causing her to have difficulty breathing. An assault impeading air way family violence report was made.
