NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Willow Park, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on a Planned Development application for a 4.392 acre tract of land out of the I. & G. N. R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1821, Parker County, Texas: being all of that certain tract described in Volume 1722, Page 269, and a portion of that certain tract of land described in Volume 2457, Page 1882, Real Records, Parker County, Texas.

The property is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found X in concrete in the south right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 20 and at a corner of proposed Lot 1, Trinity Church Properties, a proposed addition to the City of Willow Park, Parker County, Texas, for the northwest and beginning corner of this tract. Whence a found 5/8” iron rod at the northwest corner of said Lot 1 bears N 71º53’54” W 14.01 feet, N 68º04’54” W 300.67 feet, and N 71º52’56” W 211.41 feet.
THENCE along the south right of way line of said Interstate 20 the following:
S 71º53’54” E 235.99 feet to a found ½” iron rod, for a corner of this tract.
S 61º48’54” E 113.60 feet to a reset ½” iron rod, for the northeast corner of this tract.
THENCE along the common line of said Lot 1 and Lot 2 the following:

S 18º40’04” E 158.05 feet to a point, for a corner of this tract.
S 71º19’56” W 161.93 feet to a point, for a corner of this tract.
