On 10-24-11 at approx 0745 I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1802 Santa Fe in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Debra Mask. Mask advised that 2 fuses that contained copper, had been taken from the electrical box on the rear of the building at approx 0530 hrs with out her permission. A report for theft of material less than 20,000 was taken.

On Monday, October 24, 2011, at 0825hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 1401 N Bowie Dr in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a criminal trespass. When I arrived on scene, I met with the director of Safety and Security for the business who advised that unknown person(s) had damaged an office door in one of their buildings over the weekend. I was advised by the complainant that officers of the Weatherford Police Department had responded to an alarm at the business in the early morning hours of October 22, 2011, and had observed an exterior door was open. A report was taken for criminal trespass at this time as nothing is being reported as missing.

T. Trevino # 71 - On 10-24-2011 at approx 0855 hours, I was dispatched to the 1600 Block of Remington Circle in reference to an assault. I met with the complainant a 31 year old female who indicated that her 7 year old child had been punched in the upper torso, by an older WISD student, as he waited for the bus to pick him up for school.
