Upon arrival at 412 W. Josephine St. at approximately 1048 hours I met with the complainant, Lori Bennett, who advised that sometime between approximately 2000 hours on 10-22-11 and approximately 1000 hours this date an unknown person or persons entered her unlocked Ford Expedition without consent and took a Garmin NUVI 200 GPS valued at $150.00. On 10-23-11 at approximately 1630 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton, while investigating another call at Love Street Park heard what sounded like a disturbance in the area of 1000 W. On 10.23.2011 @ 1600 while on routine patrol, I reporting officer C Brown #74 observed a silver Chevy Trailblazer at the intersection of N Bankhead and Fort Worth Hwy where both the Motor Vehicle Inspection and Registration (MVI/MVR) were obscured to the point of being unable to read them. I initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle at 1200 E Bankhead where I identified Jerry Lynn Turner of Weatherford TX by his TX issued ID Card. A records check showed Turner's DL to be invalid and he had previous convictions for driving while license invalid (DWLI). Turner was taken into custody without incident.

On 10-23-2011 I (B Pool #69) observed a blue 2001 Dodge Ram pickup traveling south bound in the 100 block of S Main St. I was directly behind this vehicle and I did not observe its rear license plate to be illuminated. I initiated a traffic stop on this vehicle and identified the driver as Lindsay Kristine Wilson. Wilson's driver's license is currently suspended and there was no current proof of insurance on the vehicle she was operating. Wilson was arrested for DWLI - No Insurance.
