T. Trevino # 71- On 10-16-2011 at approx 1154 hours I was dispatched to the WPD lobby in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 35 yoa) who advised that he had sold items to an individual who was having an Estate sale. The complainant indicated that he had sold the items on the morning of 10-16-2011 and that upon returning to his residence, he discovered that two of the one dollar bills looked and felt different. A forgery report was taken.

On October 16, 2011 at approximately 1809 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 1836 S Main in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I made contact with an employee of the busines who advised that he witnessed two subjects concealing items inside a handbag and walk out of the store without attempting to purchase the items. The subjects were identified as Jolie Beth Bordener and Caleb Cruz Cardenas. The items were valued at 83.76. Both subjects were placed under arrest for theft 50-500 and transported to Parker County Jail where they were booked in per procedure.

On Sunday 10-16-2011 at approximately 1856 hrs. I, reporting officer (Tippie #42), responded to 2001 Santa Fe Dr in reference to a theft. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the reporting party who advised that an unknown person between the hours of 1400 and 1500, this date, unlawfully appropriated $2,720 in U.S. currency from the managers office at their place of business. A report was made for the offense.

On Sunday 10-16-2011 at approximately 19:06 hours Reporting Officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Spring St. in reference to a theft. On arrival, I met with the complainant Rick Lee Gammon. Gammon advised that sometime between 18:00 and 19:00 hours on 10-16-2011, three unknown persons stole $67.90 in groceries by placing them in a backpack. The three subjects dropped the backpack at the front door of the store and the groceries were recovered but were past the point of sale. A report was made for Theft $50.00 - $500.00

On October 16, 2011 at approximately 2142hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 711 Santa Fe Drive #204 in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a theft of prescription pills. Upon arrival Goff made contact with the victim, Sherrie Pearl Myers. Myers stated that sometime between the hours of 1300hrs on October 15, 2011 and 0400hrs on October 16, 2011 an known person unlawfully appropriated a prescription bottle containing approximately 65 pills of 2mg Xanax pills (Alprazolam) from her residence without her consent and with the intent to deprive her of the pills. Myers reported that it will cost $40.00 to refill that prescription. A report was made.

On October 16, 2011 at approximately 2308 I was dispatched by public service in reference to an assault that had occurred at 208 W I-20. I contacted a Kayle Vestal who stated that on this date she was assaulted by a known person at the business. A report for Assault Cause Bodily Injury was taken.

On Monday 10-17-2011 at approximately 00:59 hours Officers Watson 66 and reporting Officer Taber 77 were dispatched to 417 Soward in reference to an assault. While en route Officers found the offender, Justin Lee Martinez, walking in the 500 block of N. Rusk. Officer Watson stayed with Martinez while Officer Taber met with the victim, Raylyn Haley. Haley advised that on 10-17-2011 between 00:30 and 00:59 hours Martinez assaulted her by pushing her against a chain link fence which caused her pain. Haley was transported to Weatherford Regional Hospital for medical treatment. Martinez was subsequently arrested and transported to Parker County Sheriff's Office where he was booked per department procedure.
