T. Trevino # 71 - On 10-14-2011 at approx 1149 hours, I was dispatched to the 1100 block of Forth Worth Highway in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 56 yoa) who advised that unknown person(s) had damaged items (padlocks) on the business property. The complainant did not know who may have damaged the property but he does wish to file charges as the person(s) responsible intentionally and knowingly damaged or destroyed the tangible property of another and without the owner's effective consent. A criminal mischief report was taken.
On Friday, October 14, 2011, at 1649hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to the 100blk of Briarhaven Blvd in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to an assault that had occurred on a school bus. Dispatch advised that a 13yoa female had been assaulted by a 17yoa male. While enroute to the area, dispatch advised that they had received a call from the Durham Transportation dispatcher and were told that an unauthorized person had boarded the school bus and was refusing to get off when instructed to by the bus driver. When I arrived on scene, the situation had calmed down. Two adult suspects were contacted in reference to Disrupting Public Transportation (School Bus), a Class C Misdemeanor, and released at the scene. The assault that had started the incident involved a 15yoa male and a 13yoa female. A report was taken documenting the incident and forwarded to the Weatherford Police Department School Resource Officers for further investigation.
On 10/15/2011 Weatherford Police Department Officers Watson and Corporal Goff were dispatched to respond to the 800 Block of Palo Pinto in reference to an assault. Buddy Parnell reported that his brother, Kyle Parnell, assaulted his common-law spouse by striking her in the face. Parnell attempted to stop him and was struck twice then pushed him onto a table. Parnell was arrested for 2 Counts of Assault Family Violence Causes Bodily Injury, and transported to the Parker County Jail.
On Saturday, 10-15-2011 around 1237hrs Officer T. Trevino was contacted while in the parking lot at 612 Palo Pinto St. in reference a possible civil stand by. Officers remained on scene for a civil stand by in reference to a vehicle which soon arrived on scene being driven by an 20 year old male who had no driver license. Upon further investigation the male was issued citations for expired motor vehicle registration, no driver license, and minor in possession of alcohol.
On Saturday 10-15-2011 at approximately 2156 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to an assault call at 313 W. Lee St. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, Elvin Dean Loper. Loper advised me that a known person physically assaulted him by striking him with his fist on the left side of his neck. Loper advised that this action caused him physical pain and he wanted to pursue charges.
On October 15, 2011 at approximately 2230 hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 713 E. Anderson (Weatherford Regional Hospital) in reference to the hospital reporting that they have a white male subject that was a victim of an assault. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim was assaulted by unknown actor(s) and once the victim lost consciousness the unknown actor(s) unlawfully appropriated a cigarette lighter (valued at .30) and a pack of Marlboro red 100's cigarettes without the victim's consent and with the intent to deprive the victim of the items. The victim did wish to pursue criminal charges on the unknown actor(s). A Robbery report was made.
On Saturday 10/15/11 at approx. 11:59pm Sgt Laine (R/O) and Officer Tippie were dispatched to 320 S. Bowie in reference to a domestic disturbance involving an intoxicated male subject at the. Upon Officers arrival, officers observed a white male standing on the outside of the residence and when he observed the marked Police units arrive on the scene he fled on foot behind the residence. Officers pursued the susptect on foot and caught up with him in the back yard of a residence located in the 400 block of S. Bowie Street after running across the roadway in the 1200 block of Elmira . Officers noted a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the suspect's breath and person. he also spoke with slurred speech and his balance was unsteady. Nathan Guerrero (w/m 18yoa) was placed under arrest for Evading Arrest for intentionally fleeing from a person he knew was a peace officer attempting to lawfully arrest or detain him. He was also charged with Public Intoxication for being in a public place, 1200 block of Elmira, to the degree that he was a danger to himself and others.
On October 16, 2011 at approximately 0054 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 306 Cleveland Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Michael Galli who advised that he was assaulted by a family member on this date at this location. The suspect admitted that he he had struck Galli. He was then placed under arrest for Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence) and was transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked in per procedure.
