On Tuesday 10/11/2011, it was reported to the School Resource Officer that two juvenile students had been caught smoking by a teacher at the Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. The report stated that the students were caught at approximately 15:45 on Friday 10/07/2011. The students were issued citations.

On 10/12/11 at approximately 1137 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business in the 1800 block of S Main ST in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with Heather Jewett (w/f 25 y/o) who advised she left her cell phone in the public bathroom for just a couple of minutes and when she returned to retrieve the phone it was gone. Jewett advised her phone was appropriated with the intent to deprive. Jewett advised the cell phone was valued at $60.

On 10.12.2011 at approximately 1215hrs, while on routine patrol, reporting officer C Brown #74 observed a silver 2001 Audi 4 door with a motor vehicle inspection (MVI) sticker bearing 05/2011 stopped at 100 N Bankhead. I initiated a traffic stop for the expired MVI on said vehicle at 1200 Fort Worth Hwy where I identified Micah Rand Lewis (w/m 27yoa) from Weatherford as the driver. A records check showed Lewis' DL to be invalid and that he had a previous conviction for Driving While License Invalid (DWLI). Lewis was placed under arrest and charged with DWLI with previous conviction.

On October 12th 2011 at approximately 1501 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business in the 1700 block of Martin Drive. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with Jennifer Jo Jay (w/f 38 y/o) and Tracy Broughton (w/f 38 y/o) representatives to the commercial business. Broughton and Jay both advised that a known person entered the complex angry about a civil matter and began cursing at them and then made a threat prior to leaving. The offender was identified as a white male approximately 40 years of age. Broughton and Jay advised the subject intentionally or knowingly used abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place and the language by its very utterance incited a breach of the peace. Broughton advised she was also threatened in a public place in an obviously offensive manner. Broughton and Jay both advised they were offended by the behavior and felt unsafe.

On Wednesday, 10-12-11, I (Officer J. Richard) was on patrol and observed a green Mazda stopped at the traffic light at W Park St and S Main St. I ran a computer check of the license plate, and discovered there was a region warrant attached to the license plate. The region number was checked through WPD dispatch and two WPD warrants for Expired Drivers License and Speeding were confirmed on an Eric Shane Barrow. I observed a male driver to match the physical descriptions of Barrow given by dispatch. The vehicle was stopped for an investigation and the driver was confirmed to be Eric Shane Barrow. Barrow was arrested for WPD warrants.

On 10-12-2011 at 2035 hrs I,T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 300 blk of Bryan St, Weatherford TX on a Burglary of Habitation call. Upon arrival I met with the victim Ryan Mooney (W/M 16yoa). Mooney advised that his HP lap top computer, Xbox 360, and a Cordless controller had been taken from his residence without his permission. Mooney does wish to pursue charges for Burglary Of Habitation.

On 10-12-2011 at 2356 Hrs, I Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to assist Sgt. Whitford with the Weatherford Police Department on a Traffic Hazard call. Upon arrival I met with a John Tatum (W/M 21yoa). While speaking with Tatum, it was determined that Tatum was under the influence of alcohol, in a public place and was a danger to himself and others. Tatum was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and placed in to the Parker County Jail.

On 10-13-2011 at 0213 Hrs, I Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the Irving Police Department for a prisoner transfer. I took a James Worley Stewart III (w/m 22yoa) into custody on City of Weatherford Police Department Class C Warrants. Stewart was transported to the Parker County Jail and booked without incident.
