On 10-11-11 at 0830 I Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 100 E Weatherford St Fort Worth, TX to take custody of Colton Marcum Ray. Ray had warrants for his arrest out of Weatherford PD and Fort Worth PD. Ray was taken into custody and booked into the Parker Co Jail. An arrest report was completed.
On 10-11-11 at approx 1314 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1106 W Park in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Casey Riddle. Riddle advised that she had been assaulted by Deiver Ramirez-Cobos. Upon completion of the investigation, Ramirez-Cobos was taken into custody for Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence) and three Weatherford PD warrants.
On October 11, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 202 College Park Dr #250 in reference to a hit and run. Upon arrival I contacted Marilyn Huffman who advised that she was notified by a known subject that her vehicle had been struck in the parking lot. The vehicle then sped away without making an attempt to exchange information. The suspect vehicle was described as a white Oldsmobile. A report for Accident Involving Damage >200 was taken.
On October 11, 2011 at approximately 2212hrs Corporal Goff was dispatched to call a Eva Caulder in reference to a possible stolen wallet. Upon making contact by phone, Caulder stated that between the hours of 1530hrs and 1600hrs (on today's date) she was at a business located at 102 College Park Drive in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Caulder added that when she checked out at the express lane (lane #1) she had her wallet with her, because she used a credit card to pay of her groceries. Caulder stated that after paying for the groceries she either placed the wallet back into her purse or in the seat of the grocery store cart. After getting home, she realized that she could not locate her wallet.Caulder believed she could have left the wallet in the shopping cart and it was stolen. A theft report was made.
On Wednesday 12/12/11 at approx. 2:42am Sgt Laine (R/O) was dispatched to 1700 Martin Drive in regards to an accident at that location. Upon arrival at the location R/O observed a red 2004 Hyundai hanging off the retaining wall in front of the apartment complex. R/O also observed a w/f sitting next to the vehicle. R/O made contact with the female next to the vehicle. R/O immediately detected a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the females person. The female spoke with very slurred speech, and could not stand without support from R/O. The female could not advise what had occurred when her vehicle went over the retaining wall. Lifecare was called to the seen and later transported the w/f to the hospital where she was later admitted to the hospital for observation. R/O believed the female subject to be intoxicated and will seek a warrant for Driving While Intoxicated at a later date.
