On 10-02-11 at approx 0743 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 713 Anderson in reference to an assault that had occurred. Dispatch advised that there were several victims, but that one was on their way to the hospital. The others were at a residence in the county. I met with Ryan Junkert, Ryan Nowak and Carlos Perez. All advised that they had attended a party on W Ball St. While there, Junkert, Nowak and Perez were all assaulted. Junkert's vehicle was struck with a baseball bat several times and had a window broken out. A report for Assault Cause Bodily Injury and Criminal Mischief 1,500-20,000 was completed.
On Sunday, 10-02-2011 at 1338hrs reporting Officer J. Hayes #56 was dispatched to 315 W. Lee Ave. in reference to a theft of property. Upon arrival I met with the complainant, a Justin Rokus, who advised that he needed to report a theft of an automotive jack which was taken from 315 W. Lee on 09-30-2011 around 1100hrs with out his effective consent. The jack was valued at $180.00. A theft report was completed.
On this 2nd day of September 2011, Officer C. Rivas 68 responded to 1668 Remington Circle reference to a disturbance which stemmed from a vehicle being egged sometime during the night hours. I contacted, Shaella Tindol, a 20 yr old W/F, who stated that person(s) known to her, possibly caused damage to her vehicle. An incident report was filed.
On Sunday, October 2, 2011, at 1413hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to the 1300blk of S Main St in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to two white male suspects who were observed writing graffiti on a traffic control box and a stop sign in the area. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with two witnesses who stated they observed a suspect identified as Garrett Dillon Harris (19yoa wm) writing graffiti at two locations. During the investigation, evidence was located on Harris and he was arrested and charged with Class B Misdemeanor Graffiti and booked into the Parker County Jail. The other suspect was identified as Bryan Zachary Hopper (19yoa wm) was found to have an outstanding warrant through the Fort Worth Police Department for Expired Motor Vehicle Registration. Hopper was taken into custody and transported to the Parker County Jail for the warrant. A report was taken and forwarded to CID for further investigation.
On 10-02-11 at approx 1600 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 418 E Akard for a fight in progress. Myself and several other Officers were dispatched to scene for the second time in less than an hour. Upon my arrival I was advised by neighbors that a short Hispanic male wearing a black t-shirt exited a white Ford Mustang at the intersection of E Akard and Bois D Arc and attempted to start a fight with another individual. I then made contact with Jesus Perez Jr. He was the only short Hispanic male wearing a black t-shirt in the area. As Perez was speaking, I could smell the overwhelming odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from him. I was advised that Perez was only 20 years old. He was also unsteady on his feet and his eyes were very glossy. I asked Perez how much he had to drink and he stated "not enough". Because we had already been called to the area two times and Perez's attempt to start a fight, he was instantered on Minor in Consumption.
On October 2, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to a theft that occurred at a business to be handled by public service. I contacted Cathy Baker who advised that while loading her vehicle of groceries purchased, her purse was taken from her shopping cart. She stated the purse was a black leather with a brown and black leopard print liner on the inside. The purse contained approximately $1,000.00 in checks and her TXDL. Total value lost was approximately $30.00. A report for theft < 50 was taken.
On Sunday 10-02-2011 at approximately 1949 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Dr. to meet with a complainant in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, Joseph Ryan Young. Young advised that while driving in the 300 block of S. Alamo St. an unknown white male got out of the passenger seat of a Green car and threw a rock through his rear window in his white 2001 Dodge Dakota shattering the window. The window is valued at $200. A report was made for this incident.
On Monday 10-03-2011 at 02:49 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to contact a complainant by phone in reference to harassment. Complainant was contacted and verbally identified herself as Whitney Brooke Turner currently living in the 700 block of Adams Dr. Turner advised that beginning around 09-01-2011 and continuing until 10-03-2011, a person known to her is continuously and repeatedly initiating communication by telephone with the intent to harass and annoy. A report was made for Harassment.
