09/28/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 904 W Spring St in reference to a criminal mischief call. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the complainant, Lois Nixon. Nixon advised that sometime between 12:00am and 9:15am on Wednesday, 09/28/11, unknown person without her consent, damaged her mailbox located near the street. A report for criminal mischief was taken.
On 09-29-2011 at 0056 hrs I, T.Wainscott # 79 with the Weatherford Police Department observed a blue 2004 Dodge pick up sitting in the inside lane of the 100 blk S.Main St, with the horn blowing. I activated my over head lights and pulled behind the vehicle. A male subject got out of the passengers side of the vehicle and walked toward the curb. After interviewing the man he was identified as Steven Wagner (W/M 29yoa). Wagner had a strong odor of a alcoholic beverage on his breath. Wagner was found to be in a public place and a danger to himself and others. Wagner was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to Parker County Jail.
