On 09/24/11 at approximately 1015 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to the 1600 block of Old Dicey Road in reference to a theft in progress. Dispatch advised a silver Oldsmobile Intrigue was traveling up and down the roadway stealing trash bags (city distributed) from the front yard to the residences. Officer Stagner located the suspect vehicle in the 2000 block of Old Dicey and made contact with the driver, Maria Hernandez (w/f 20 y/o), and the two occupants Laura Garcia (w/f 31 y/o) and Julio Enrique Llarena-Garcia (w/m 24 y/o). Officer Stagner located six packages of trash bags in the vehicle that had been distributed by City of Weatherford staff to six separate residences located in the 100 block of La Colina RD and the 1600 Old Dicey RD. All three suspects admitted to appropriating the property with the intent to deprive. The total value of the thefts was $30. All three persons were issued a citation for theft under $50. Hernandez also received a citation for No DL. The trash bags were recovered and returned to city staff to be returned to the residents in the 100 block of La Colina RD.

On 09/24/11 at approximately 1615 hours Office B Stagner and Officer C Brown were dispatched to Holland Lake Park located at 1415 Holland Lake Dr in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers met with Heriberto Antonio Hernandez (w/m 23 y/o) and Jessica Hernandez (w/f 17 y/o) who appeared to be arguing. Officers determined that during the argument Heriberto assaulted Jessica by intentionally or knowingly causing physical contact with the other when one knows or reasonably should know the physical contact would be offensive or provocative to the person. Heriberto was arrested for Assault-Physical Contact and transported to Parker County Jail.

On 9-25-11 at approximately 1015 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, was dispatched to 817 Jodie Dr. on an assault. Upon arrival at 817 Jodie Dr. I met with the reportee, Courtney Gray, who wanted to report that her sixteen year old son had been assaulted while at a party. A report was made.

On 09-25-2011 at 2123 hrs, I Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched 801 Santa Fe Dr, in reference to an assault call. I contacted Benjamin Bullock (W/M 36 years of age) by phone and was advised that on this date at 1500 hrs he was in the 1000 blk of Van Winkle St, Weatherford TX, 76086. Where he was assaulted by his stepfather. Bullock said he wished to file charges for assault bodily injury/ family violence.

On 09-25-2011 at 2219 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1700 Remington Cir Dr in reference to a disturbance call involving a gun. Upon arrival it was determined that Trey Allison was struck in the head with a shotgun. James Herdman was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and placed into the Parker County Jail.
