On 09/21/2011 at approximately 0900 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 made contact with a complainant the Weatherford Police Department, located at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to a theft. The complainant, one Mcelhaney, Suzann, w/f, advised a subject used false information to obtain a loan in the amount of $ 1714.52, from a business located at 1974 S. Main St. A report was made for False Information to Obtain Credit $1500-20,000.

On 09/21/2011 at approximately 1600 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 was radio dispatched to the Weatherford Police Department, located at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to a theft report. On arrival, I met with the victim, who stated sometime between 08/31/2011 and 09/19/2011 a subject stole two ballistic vests from his residence located on N. Rusk St. A report was made for Theft $1500-20,000.

On Thursday, September 22, 2011, at 1229hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to contact a complainant at 713 E Anderson St. in reference to an assault that occurred on September 21, 2011, at a southside business. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with a 22yoa, white female victim who advised that a known family member, a 27yoa, white female, had run over her with a vehicle and caused the victim's 9mo, white female daughter to fall out of the vehicle and strike her head suffering a minor injury. I was advised by the victim that the suspect fled the scene after the incident. A report was taken for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for the assault on the adult victim and Injury to a Child for the assault on the 9mo child.

At approximately 12:36 hours this date, Reporting Officer J.Shelley - 63 was dispatched to 1836 S. Main regarding a theft of merchandise. Upon arrival, R/O met with Asset Protection employees Danny Danals, and Roy Henze who advised that an unknown w/m aprroximately 6'-6'2", slender build, wearing a green baseball style hat, blue t-shirt, and black cargo pants had taken a wireless Power Mat phone charger valued at $68.87. The subject left the store passing all points of sale without paying for the item. Henze and Danals reported the subject left on foot heading south and west from the above address. A report for theft >$50<$500 was taken.

T. Trevino # 71 - On 09-22-2011 at appprox 1502 hrs. I was dispatched to the 400 block of East Sixth Street in reference to criminal mischief. The complainant advised that she had observed some graffiti spray painted on a school zone sign. The tangible property of another (State of Texas) was observed to have been marked with paint (Graffiti) and without the owner's effective consent. A criminal mischief report (graffiti) was taken.

At approximately 17:25 hours this date, Officer J. Shelley was distpatched to 1836 S. Main to meet with Asset Proctection employee Danny Danals regarding 2 white male subjects being detained for theft $50<$500. Reporting officer made contact with Danals and was advised that Dakota Shawn Gilbert (w/m 18yoa) and Mark Anthony Wesley (w/m 19yoa) had been observed concealing 5 (five) X-Box games in their pants. Subjects were further observed attempting to leave the store passing all points of sale without making any attempt to pay for the concealed products. Gilbert was also found to be in possession of 1 package of tennis racket grip wraps which he admitted taking from the store. Wesley was also found to be in possession of 1 package of Trident gum that he admitted taking from the store. Total cost of items taken was $108.64. Gilbert and Wesley were placed under arrest and transported to Parker County Jail where they were booked in according to department procedure. A report for theft $50<$500 was made.

On Thursday 09-22-2011 at approximately 17:30 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to the 2400 block of Ft. Worth Highway in reference to an assault. On arrival, I met with the victim, Tonya Nichols (w/f 40yoa) who advised on 09-22-2011 at around 17:15 hours, a known person put his arm around her neck in a choke hold which impeded her breathing and circulation without her effective consent during an argument. The victim advised this caused her pain. A report was made for Assault Family Member Impede Breathing/Circulation.

On September 22, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 1600 Holland Lake Dr in reference to a possible accident involving an intoxicated driver. Upon arrival it was determined that there was no accident, but a possible intoxicated driver. The suspect vehicle was located and the Driver was identified as Gary Howard Dews. Dews showed multiple signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.

On Thursday 09-22-2011 at approximately 1747 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to a theft call that had occurred at 1836 S. Main St. Dispatch advised that the actor had been followed by an employee to 725 Adams Dr after leaving the crime scene and was in the place of business there. Upon arriving on scene I observed the suspect vehicle in the parking lot, a black 1995 GMC Yukon, and I located the suspect Lesa Kaye Avery inside the store. An investigation was conducted and it was determined that Avery had stolen $8.22 worth of gasoline from the original business and they wished to pursue charges on her. During the investigation some narcotics were located on Avery and I discovered that she had a Class B misdemeanor warrant from Dallas Co. S.O. Avery was taken into custody for the narcotics and the warrant and issued a citation for the theft. A report was made over this incident.

On September 22, 2011 at approximately 1903hrs Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Drive (Weatherford PD) in reference to making contact with a Katrina Guillot in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Goff made contact with Katrina who stated that an employee that was a manager of a restaurant she works for had unlawfully appropriated $3654.90 from the company through out the months of August and September without the effective consent of the restaurant's owner. Katrina stated that they do wish to file criminal charges on the employee. A report was made.

On Thursday, September 22,2011 at approximately 21:45 hrs, Officer Watson #66 was dispatched to the 700 block of S Lamar in reference to a burglary of a building. It was reported by the homeowner (Loving, Tonya) that between the hours of 20:30 on 09/21/2011 and 1700 on 09/22/201 that an unknown person entered their unlocked detached garage behind their residence without her effective consent, and took a Spectrum Verde BMX Bicycle that was valued at $480. A report was generated.
