On Thursday, September 8, 2011, at 1652hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 1125 W Oak St in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a hit and run accident. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with the 47yoa, white, female victim who advised that on this date between 0800hrs and 1635hrs, unknown person(s) struck her 2007, blue, Nissan Titan pickup causing damage and then fled the scene. A report was completed on the incident.
On Wednesday, 09-21-2011 at 0925hrs reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to 138 I20 East #120 in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I met with the reporting party, Bobby Robinson (w/m 57yoa), who advised that on 09-19-2011 a subject entered the store and took $461.94 worth of merchandise making no attempt to pay for it. The items included clear cell phone screens, tablet pens, a digital camera, cell phone charger, and blue tooth headset. A theft report was taken.
On 09-21-11 at approx 0930 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 200 Atwood Ct. in reference to a possible sexual assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with a witness who advised that she received an outcry of sexual assault from a juvenile female. A report was completed.
On Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 1146hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to contact a complainant in reference to a motor vehicle burglary that occurred at 148 E Interstate 20 in Weatherford, Texas, on September 20, 2011, between 1400hrs and 2100hrs. I made contact with the 19yoa white male victim who advised that unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and took items valued at $350.00 and fled the scene with the items. A report was taken for burglary of a motor vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time.
- T. Trevino # 71- On 09-21-2011at approximately 1126 hours I was dispatched to contact a complainant by telephone in reference to theft. I telephoned the complainant (b/f 26 yoa) who advised that a known individual had used her identifying information to defraud another and without her consent. The complainant does wish to file charges against the person responsible. A fraudulent use or possession of identifying information report was taken.
On Wednesday 09-21-2011 at approximately 1919 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to 1836 S. Main parking lot row #7 for a hit and run accident. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, Arthur Vail Parr. Parr advised that sometime between 0630 hrs and 1900 hrs today an unknown vehicle collided with the left rear door of his vehicle causing damage, and did not leave any information or make report of this accident. I completed an investigation over the incident and was unable to determine a vehicle that caused the accident. An report was completed over this incident.
On Thursday 09-22-2011 at approximately 0014 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) along with other Weatherford P.D. officers were dispatched to a major accident at the 410 MM W/B on Interstate 20. Upon arriving on scene we made contact with the reporting party and subjects involved in the accident, two white males. During the accident investigation it was determined that one of the subjects involved had caused multiple collisions with road signs and guard rails during the incident causing over $200 worth of damage and did not report the incident. A report of the incident was made.
