On Saturday, September 17, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 418 Palo Pinto St. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that was committed at 312 W Rentz St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. When I arrived I spoke with complainant Joshua Mark Blair who told me his truck was entered by an unknown person(s) without his consent with the intent to commit the theft of his stereo system sometime between midnight and 07:30 this morning. He estimated the value of the stereo system at $1050 and a burglary of a motor vehicle report was made for this incident.

On Saturday, September 17, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 401 S Alamo St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. After arriving I determined that Olivia Renteria Duron (w/f 35yoa) had knowingly and intentionally caused bodily injury to her spouse. She was placed under arrest for assault bodily injury- family violence and an assault report was made for this incident.

On Saturday 09-18-2011 at approximately 2127 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) along with Ofc. Bramow and Ofc. Taber were dispatched to a loud noise disturbance at 711 Santa Fe in the north parking lot. Upon arrival we made contact with the four subjects the reportee called in on, three white males, one white female. During the initial approach to the vehicle to speak with the subjects, a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was observed in plain view inside the vehicle and an investigation was conducted for the narcotics. Upon concluding the on scene portion of the investigation the marijuana was taken as evidence and a report was completed over the incident.

On September 17, 2011 at approximately 2201 hrs Corporal Goff and Officer Watson with the Weatherford Police Department were dispatched to 1706 Bethel Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a possible domestic disturbance in the parking lot. Upon arrival it was determined that James Coursey had slapped a family member in the face with an open hand causing the family member pain. Coursey also pushed the same family member in a truck, which caused the family member pain. James Coursey was arrested and taken to the Parker County Jail where he was booked in for assault causing bodily injury to a family member. A report was made.

On Saturday 09-17-2011 at approximately 21:58 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to E. Oak St. in reference to a Sexual Assault. On arrival I met with a white female victim. The victim advised that she was sexually assaulted by a known person.

On September 17, 2011 I (Officer Bramow with the Weatherford Police Department) was dispatched to Bryan St in reference to a Sexual Assault. On arrival I met with a black female who advised me that her juvenile granddaughter and juvenile grandson stated that they had been sexually assaulted by a known person. A report for Sexual Assault of a Child was made for both victims.

On Sunday 09-18-2011 at approximately 0417 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was contacted by a complainant at 2005 S. Main St. and advised that her vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot while she was in the business. I identified the complainant as Tabitha Lynn Sheffield. She advised that she walked into the business at approximately 0330 hours and at approximately 0417 hours when she came out her vehicle was no longer in the parking lot. She described her vehicle to me as a Gold 1999 Ford Taurus four door vehicle. A report was completed for this incident.
