On Friday, September 16, 2011, at 0818hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 202 College Park Dr #163 in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to an assault. When I arrived on scene, I contacted Ray Magallan (36yoa WM) who advised that earlier in the month, a known suspect physically assaulted him causing him to suffer bodily injury. Due to Magallan being disabled, a report was taken for Injury to the Disabled and forwarded to CID for further investigation.
On 09-16-11 at approx 1000 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to the 700 Blk of Narrow St to meet with representatives of the Attorney Generals office to possibly serve a warrant. Upon my arrival I made contact with Sixto Rodriguez III, a special investigator for the AG office. Rodriguez advised that he had a warrant for Cody Edward Stephenson for Failure to Appear /Criminal Non Support. Dispatch confirmed the warrant. I made contact with Stephenson at 714 Narrow St and took him into custody for the warrant. Stephenson was transported to the Parker Co Jail without incident.
On Friday, September 16, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to the Weatherford Police Department to meet complainant Crystal Lynn Godsey in reference to the theft of her wallet. Godsey told me the wallet was taken by an unknown person after leaving her residence at 707 N Walnut St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas sometime after Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at about 04:00. She estimated the value of the wallet and its contents at $45. A theft report was made for this incident.
On 09-16-11 at approx 1700 Hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to Upper Denton Rd & Mesquite Rd to assist DPS on a traffic stop. Upon my arrival I made contact with Jennifer D Whisenhunt. Whisenhunt was found to have 7 capias pro fine warrants out of WPD. Whisenhunt was taken into custody for the warrants and transported to the Parker Co Jail.
On Friday 09-16-2011 at approximately 2214 hrs. I, reporting officer (Tippie #42), was dispatched to 320 Adams Dr. in reference to a hit and run accident. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, Melissa Mcadams a white female, and she advised me that while her vehicle was parked in the parking lot an unknown vehicle collided with the back of her vehicle causing more than $200.00 worth of damage, and did not leave information or make report. A report was made for the accident.
On September 17, 2011 I was dispatched to the 700 block of Narrow St in reference to a burglary of a residence. Upon arrival I made contact with Charles Rollings who advised that while he was at work someone had burglarized his house. He stated that a bag of coins (approximately $40.00), 2 bottles of pain pills and his laundry detergent (value at $20.00) were taken from the residence. A report for Burglary of a Habitation was taken.
