Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 1836 S main in reference to a theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the victim, Alan Montanus who advised that unknown persons, without his consent, appropriated a gift card worth $55.98 from the business. A report for theft was made.
On 09/14/2011, at approximately 0930 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 made contact with a complainant at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to a damaged vehicle. The complainant, one Nicholson, Dianne Arnold, w/f, stated sometime between 1600 and 2200 hours on 09/13/2011 her vehicle was damaged while parked in the parking lot of a business located at 1016 S. Main St. The vehicle had paint/body damage valued at approximately $3,000.00. A report was made for Criminal Mischief 1,500-20,000.
On 09.14.2011 at 1615hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 202 Front St on a report of criminal mischief from Jerry Mike Henson. Henson reported that between 1330hrs on 09.11.2011 and 1230hrs this date, unknown person(s) without permission shattered a window in his 1988 Ford Crown Victoria. A report was taken.
On Wed. 09/14/2011 at approximately 18:56 hrs. I (J.Hanna # 31) was dispatched to the 100 block of Marina View Ct. in Weatherford Tx. I met with complainant Karen Willett who lives there. Karen advised that sometime between 09/01/2011 at 19:00 hrs. to 09/14/2011 at 15:30 hrs. an unknown person stole several items from out of her house. A theft report was made.
On Thursday 09/15/2011 at approximately 01:28 hrs. I (J.Hanna # 31) was dispatched to the 700 block of Bryan St. in reference to an assault. On arrival I met with Justin Scurlock. Justin advised he woke up to a disturbance outside of his residence. As he went outside to investigate, Justin said that a Hispanic male walked up to him and punched him on the left side of his face. Justin said he wanted to file an assault report.
At approximately 01:28 hours this date, Reporting Officer, J.Shelley - 63 responded to 704A Bryan St. to assist Officer Hannah and Officer Pool on a fight in progress call. Upon arrival, I met with residents of that address Kelsey Franks and Jacob Neister who advised that an unidentified Hispanic male had came to the residence and attempted to start a fight with Neister. An argument ensued and the Hispanic male threw a beer through the front window of the address shattering it. A report for Criminal Mischief was made.
On 9-15-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to a theft at a business in the 1000 block of W Park. I arrived on scene and made contact with the victim ( Linda Sue Carrig) Carrig advised an unknown person removed approx 50 gallons of diesel fuel from her vehicle without her consent.
