At approximately 10:27 hours this date, reporting officer J. Shelley - 63 was dispatched to 1702 Santa Fe to meet with Pharmacy Technician, Kim Warren (w/f 40yoa), regarding an altered prescription. Warren advised that a known person had dropped off a prescription on 09/10/2011 at approximately 13:00 hours and came to retrieve it at approximately 10:00 hours this date. Warren advised that she had confirmed with suspect's doctor that the prescription had been altered. A report for Forged/Altered Prescription was made.

T. Trevino # 71 - On 09-12-2011 at approx 1223 hours I was dispatched to a residence in the 1100 Block of Hanover Street in reference to criminal mischief. I made contact with the complainant, Raemi Frickle(w/f 20 yoa), who advised that sometime between 0000 hrs. and 0200 hrs. on this date, unknown actor(s) intentionally or knowingly damaged and destroyed her tangible property. The complainant advised that she did not give anyone permission to damage her property and she does wish to file charges against those responsible. A criminal mischief report was taken.

I am Officer J. Welborn 58 and I am assigned to WISD as a school resource officer. On Monday 09/12/2011, at approximately 14:00 I was contacted by a student at Weatherford High School which is located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. The student advised that his wallet had been stolen in one of the locker rooms at approximately 08:30 this date. The student had no suspect for the theft. A report was made for theft.

On September 12, 2011 at approximately 1750hrs Corporal Goff was dispatched to the lobby of the Weatherford Police Department to meet with a white female (26yoa) in reference to a sexual assault. Upon arrival the female stated that a known white male (31yoa) knowingly and intentionally performed a sexual act on the female without her consent. A report was made.

On Tuesday 09-13-2011 at 05:00 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to 900 N. Elm St. in reference to a burglary. On arrival I met with the complainant, Laureli Kay Fitzgerald (w/f 70yoa). Fitzgerald advised that sometime between 09-12-2011 at 21:00 hours and 09-13-2011 at 05:00 hours an unknown person/s shattered the glass on the front door of the school intentionally damaging the tangible property of the owner without his effective consent. Fitzgerald advised cost to replace the glass will be about $400.00. A report was made for Criminal Mischief $50.00 - $500.00.
