On 09-13-11 at approx 0800 I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 400 Deputy Larry Miller Dr Granbury, TX to take custody of Jessie Lee Berryhill (w/m 34yoa). Upon my arrival, Berryhill was taken into custody for WPD warrant # 230178301 for DWLI and transported to the Parker Co Jail

On Tuesday 09-13-2011 at approximately 18:45 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to 2121 Bethel Rd. in reference to assisting another Officer. On arrival I met the victim, a white male subject 15 years of age. The victim advised that 09-13-2011 between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, a white male subject, 17 years of age, pushed him intentionally causing physical contact knowing this would be offensive during an argument. A report was made for Assault.

On September 12, 2011 at approximately 2236hrs Corporal Goff was dispatched to 1111 Jameson St #33 in reference to an assault that occurred behind the Big Pantry store on Fort Worth Hwy in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas.. Upon arrival Goff made contact with the victim, Gavin Lee Trietsch (w/m 24yoa). Trietsch stated that a known white female and four other unknown males had struck and kicked him causing him pain in his face and abdominal area in the 1100 blk of Fort Worth Hwy. Trietsch stated that he did wish to file criminal charges on the offenders. A report was made.

On Tuesday, September 13,2011 at approximately 22:51 hrs Sgt Laine and Officer Watson were dispatched to respond to an interior motion alarm in the 1300 block of Charles St. Upon arrival Sgt Laine observed a white truck speed away. The building was checked and an open door was located. Officers entered the building to check for suspects. Officers determined that an unknown number of suspects entered the building without permission and stole a laptop computer (valued at $800.00) and three digital projectors (valued at $800.00 a piece) . A burglary report was generated.
