On 9-11-11 at approximately 1154 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 215 Adams Dr. in reference to someone throwing a bolt through a window. Upon arrival at 215 Adams Dr. at approximately 1157 hours I met with the reportee, Robin Yankie (w/f 26yoa). Yankie advised that sometime between approximately 1953 hours last date and 1130 hours this date some unknown person or persons damaged one of the outer windows of the business by throwing a large bolt at it. A report was made.
09/11/11 Cpl. John Wright was dispatched to WPD in reference to a call complainant about a theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright contacted by phone, Robert Nash (w/m 29yoa). Nash advised that on 09/10/11 at approximately 6:00pm he was at a business located at 1014 N. Main St. and forgot his I-Phone on the checkout counter of the business. He advised that a short time later he returned for the phone and he was advised by the employees that it must have been stolen. The complainantrquote s phone was taken by unknown person(s) without his permission, with intent to deprive the owner of the property. A report for theft was taken.
On 09-11-2011 at 1329 hrs Officers Stagner and I, T.Wainscott with the Weatherford police Department were dispatched to the 700 blk of Palo Pinto St, to a gas drive off call. Upon arrival I meet with the store clerk Khem Baral (I/M 36 yoa). Baral advised that a blue in color Sport Utility Vehicle pulled up to the fuel pumps and a white male with short brown hair who looked to be in his late 20's early 30's, and was wearing shorts, and blue T-shirt pumped 29.41 gallons of unleaded fuel. The suspect then drove away without paying for the gas. Baral said that the fuel cost $103.49 dollars.Baral informed that a customer had witnessed the suspect vehicle pull into a residence in the area. Officers check the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.No further information at this time.
On 9-11-11 at approximately 1348 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 610 E. Water St. that could be handled by public service. I contacted the complainant, Diane Berryhill (w/f 59yoa), by public service. Berryhill advised that sometime between approximately 1830 hours last date and 0830 hours this date some unknown person or persons without her consent damaged the rear passenger's window of her black Honda while it was parked in the street in front of 610 E. Water St. A report was made.
