08/2011, at approximately 1600 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb was contacted by telephone in reference to a sexual assault of a child. Upon speaking with the complainant a child was sexually assaulted at a residence located on S. Rusk St. on 09/05/2011. A report was made for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

09/09/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to WPD in reference to calling back a complainant about a possible theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright contacted by phone, John Breaux (w/m 45yoa) who advised that he has a building that houses art and art materials located at 2323 Tin Top Rd. Breaux advised that around 07/26/11, his ex-wife without his permission, entered into the building and took without his permission, approximately $10,000.00 in art prints, canvases, frames and display grids. A report for Burglary of a building was made.

On Friday September 9, 2011 a white female, Samantha Williams (w/f 25yoa), reported an injury to child by a known subject. Williams stated on Thursday 09/08/2011 around 6:20pm a known person intentionally rammed his vehicle into theirs causing a minor injury to Williams' juvenile son that was in the suspect's truck. This has been reported to CPS and an offense report was taken.

On 09/09/2011 at approximately 1307 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 made contact with a complainant in reference to a theft report. Upon making contact with the complainant, Laura Love (w/f 52yoa). Love advised sometime between 0900 and 1000 hours on this date, her wallet was stolen out of her purse while she was shopping at a business located at 148 E. I-20. Love stated her wallet contained her driver's license, social security card, multiple credit cards and approximately $80.00 in cash. A report was made for Theft 50-500.

09/09/11 Cpl. John Wright was dispatched to 3310 Lakeway Dr in reference to a burglary of a building call (House under construction). On arrival Cpl. Wright met with Jad Benbarka (w/m 26yoa) who is a subcontractor for the home. Benbarka advised that sometime between 08/22/11 and today 09/09/11 at 3:00pm, unknown person(s) without consent of the owner entered into the building through the open garage door, went into the attic and cut the wiring from the home and took without permission approximately $1700.00 worth of wiring. A report for Burglary building was made.

On 09-09-2011 I (Officer T.Wainscott #79) with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 800 blk of S. Main to assist Officer Morton of the Weatherford Police Department with a call of an unconscious person.Upon arrival I observed a blue Hyundai Accent that had pulled into a parking lot in the 800 blk of S. Main St. The vehicle ran over the parking stop into the bushes in front of the business. After an investigation it was determined that Rene Chicano (w/f 47yoa) did then and there drive and operate a motor vehicle in a public place, 800 blk of S. Main St., while intoxicated and while not having the normal use of her mental and physical faculties. Rene Chicano was arrested for driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Parker County jail.

On 9-9-2011, I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 800 block of Santa Fe in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with the victim (Connie Hanna w/f 60yoa) who advised an unknown person had removed jewelry from her home without her effective consent.

On Saturday, 09-10-2011 at approximately 0519 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 315 E. Sixth Street, in reference to a Criminal Mischief offense. I arrived on scene and met with the victim John Zachary Burns (w/m 19yoa). Mr. Burns advised that around 505 hours, unknown person(s) through a rock through the rear window of his vehicle. Mr. Burns was not able to give me an estimate, so I thought approximately $500 worth of damage was done to his vehicle. A report was taken for the offense of Criminal Mischief $50-$500.
