Weatherford Police Department Newsblotter, September 8, 2011

On Thursday, 09-08-2011 at 1045hrs reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was on patrol in the 1400 block of N. Elm St. and observed a blue and white 1988 Chevy truck with an obstructed windshield. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Johnny Forsyth Jr. (w/m 22yoa). It was determined that Forsyth had an outstanding Weatherford PD traffic warrant and he was arrested for the warrant. An arrest report has been completed for this incident.

T. Trevino # 71 - On 09-08-2011 at approx 1415 hours, I was dispatched to a residence located at 610 N. Mill in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, Aaron Spencer (w/m 37 yoa), who advised that sometime between 1600 and 1900 hrs. on 09-07-2011 unknown subject(s) entered his vehicle, which was parked in his driveway, and removed his personal property. The complainant advised that actor(s) took $300 in US currency, a Kenwood stereo (valued at $250), a Samsung cellular telephone (valued at $100), and a prescription bottle containing 58 hydrocodone pills. The complainant does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they entered a vehicle and committed a theft without the owner's effective consent. A theft report was taken.

On September 8, 2011 at approximately 1845hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1603 N. Main in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Goff made contact with Christopher McLuan (w/m 41yoa) and Dale Ray Williams (w/m 27yoa). Williams and McLuan stated that sometime between July 7, 2011 and September 7, 2011 unknown person(s) unlawfully appropriated their musical equipment without their permission, with intent to deprive Williams and McLuan of the musical equipment. A theft report was made.

On September 8, 2011 at approximately 1845hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1603 N. Main in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Goff made contact with Christopher McLuan (w/m 41yoa) and Dale Ray Williams (w/m 27yoa).fs20 fs24 Williams and McLuan stated that sometime between July 7, 2011 and September 7, 2011 unknown person(s) who had access to thier recording studio unlawfully appropriated their musical equipment without their permission with intent to deprive Williams and McLuan of the equipment. A theft report was made.
