On 9-6-11 at approximately 1231 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 1836 S. Main St. in reference to a vehicle being keyed. Upon arrival at 1836 S. Main St. I met with the complainant, Canada Mizeski (w/f 29yoa), who advised that on this date between approximately 1000 hours and 1230 hours some unknown person or persons without her consent intentionally and knowingly keyed the driver's door of her 2011 Cadillac SRX. A report was made.

On Tuesday September 6, 2011 at about 4:30pm, Sgt Rudolph, #35, spoke by phone to Michele Mitchell (w/f 54yoa), who was wanting to report a theft of jewelry that occured between 08/31/2011 (Wed) am and 09/02/2011 (Fri) am while staying at a hotel in the 100 block of Alford Dr, Weatherford, Tx.

On Tuesday, 09-06-2011 at approximately 1947 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Drive (Weatherford Police Department) in reference to a burglary of vehicle call. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who was identified as Anthony Paul Davala (w/m 22yoa). Mr. Davala stated that between the times of 09-05-2011 2000 hours and 09-06-2011 1600 hours, unknown person(s) entered his locked vehicle and stole his handgun. Mr. Davala reported that he did not give anyone permission to have his handgun and that he wanted to file charges. A report was taken for Theft of a Firearm.
