On Sunday, September 4, 2011, at 1536hrs, I was dispatched to contact a complainant in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred at 301 W Russell St in Weatherford, Texas. I made contact with Leslie Lee Zeller (w/f 48yoa) who advised that sometime between 1430hrs and 1500hrs this date, unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 1990, maroon, Honda Accord while it was parked in front of her residence and removed her blue, handicap parking placard.
