On Friday 09-02-2011 at 0834hrs Reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to the Weatherford PD lobby in reference to a harassing phone calls report. Upon arrival I met with the complainant a Cecilia Alvarez (w/f 33yoa) who advised that on 08-14-2011 she received 12 to 13 phone calls from a subject which were harassing in nature. Alvarez advised that she knew the subject and that she had recorded messages where she was threatened. A report for harassment was completed.

On 09-02-11 at approx 1240 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 208 Atwood Ct # 836 in reference to an assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with Nicole Riley (w/f 27yoa). She advised that a known person, had been continually assaulting her in various ways since the beginning of August 2011. A report was taken for Assault Cause Bodily Injury, Family Violence impede breathing.

On Friday, September 2, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 1675 Fort Worth Hwy., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a person there who had outstanding warrants for his arrest. I made contact with the person, who was identified as Jacob Grant Richard Edwards (w/m 19yoa), and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Parker County Jail to be booked in for the warrants.

On Friday 09/02/11 Officer Stagner was dispatched to contact Robert Stripling (w/m 54 y/o) by phone regarding a theft. Officer Stagner contacted Stripling who advised that the previous tenant to his rental property, located in the 100 block of May Court, stole a washer and dryer belonging to him when she moved out. Stripling advised the suspect was a white female approximately 22 years of age. Stripling advised his property was appropriated without his consent with the intent to deprive him of the property.

On September 2, 2011 at approximately 2056hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1711 Bethel Rd. in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas (Chicken Express) in reference to a hit and run. Upon Goffrquote s arrival it was determined that a gray Volvo 4-dr struck an occupied Maroon Ford 4-dr in the parking lot of the Chicken Express restaurant and then the Volvo left the scene without giving the necessary information that is required by law when in an accident. Goff was able to locate the 50 year old white female suspect driving the Volvo, and she advised that she did not stop, due to having a suspended license and warrants out for her arrest. Goff will attempt to obtain an arrest warrant for the female suspect on a later date. The accident was worked and a report was made.

On September 2, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 and Ofc B Stagner 70 were dispatched to the 1000 block of N Rusk in reference to a subject in a vehicle threatening to shoot several subjects a residence. The vehicle, a blue in color Chrysler 300 was located and the occupants were identified. Statements were taken from the complainant a Ashley Jackson (w/f 27yoa), who advised that a vehicle had stopped in front of their residence and a verbal altercation took place. The driver of the vehicle then got out and went to the trunk of the car where he advised that he had a gun and would shoot everyone. The driver then re entered the vehicle and left the scene. The driver identified as Hershel Eugine Broomfield (w/m 28yoa), was placed under arrest for terroristic threat and transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked in per procedure.

On this date at approximately 01:45 hours, Officer J. Shelley was dispatched to 2132 Tin Top Rd to meet with Mr. Roger Rondeau III (w/m 41yoa) regarding an assault that had occured at this location. Rondeau advised that earlier in the evening he had words with a patron of the business known only to him as Skip regarding the subject making advances toward Rondeau's girl friend. An employee of the business approached the subject and asked him to leave the premises. Rondeau advised that after finishing working, he exited the rear of the building to load his gear and leave. Rondeau advised the subject was waiting for him and hit him in the head and hand with an unknown object, possibly a pipe. Rondeau advises that the subject who attacked him was a white male approximately 5'8" tall and weighed approximately 140-145 pounds and had graying hair. He could not recall the clothing the subject was wearing.

On September 3, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow was dispatched to 609 W Water in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with the owner of the residence who advised that his son had arrived intoxicated after driving home. They got into an argument and he advised that he struck his son to prevent him from leaving the residence in his vehicle again. The son was identified as Dustin Werner (w/m 23yoa). Dustin showed to have a probation revocation for theft 50-500. While there I also contacted Courtney Werner (w/f 21yoa) who showed to have a warrant for theft < 50. Courtney and Dustin were placed under arrest for their warrants and transported to Parker County Jail where they were booked in per procedure.

On Saturday 09/03/11 at approx. 3:09am a maroon 1997 Ford Ranger was observed striking a concrete median in the 1200 block of Mineral Wells Highway. The truck then preceded west bound on Mineral Wells Highway. Sgt. Laine (R/O) began to follow the truck and observed that the vehicle was swerving back and forth failing to maintain a single lane. R/O suspected that the driver was possibly intoxicated and attempted to make an investigative stop in the 2300 block of Mineral Wells Highway. The truck failed to yield to R/O's marked unit that displayed emergency lights and sirens. It then accelerated to a speed in excess of 90mph. R/O pursued the truck to the 5900 block of Mineral Wells Hwy. at which time it turned north bound into a residential driveway crashing through a locked vehicle gate where it came to a stop. The driver of the truck then crawled out the driverrquote s side window of the truck at which time he was taken into custody for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle. A DWI investigation was also completed and the driver ID as Sanchez, Nelson Martinez (w/m 21yoa), was also charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Sanchez was then transported to the PC Jail and booked in on the charges.

On September 3, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to the 400 block of W Ball in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted a 26 year old wf victim, Yvette Morales, who advised me that a known person assaulted her at her residence at approximately 0445 hours. I then spoke to a Joe Martinez (w/m 28yoa), wm who advised that he had assaulted the victim. Martinez was then placed under arrest and transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked in per procedure for Assault Cause Bodily Injury Family Violence.
