On 09.01.2011 at approx 0815hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 813 Santa Fe, Ste 100 in reference to an attempted burglary. Upon arrival I met with Shelly Kinkel (w/f 40yoa) who advised unknown person(s) between 08.31.2011 2100hrs and 09.01.2011 0650hrs had attempted to make entry of the business without permission. A report for criminal mischief was taken.
On 09/01/2011 at approximately 09:51hrs Officer Watson was dispatched to make contact with a complainant in reference to identity theft. Officer Watson made contact and identified Collier, Christine (w/f 40yoa). Collier stated that she received notification from her bank that her Visa Debit card had been used to purchase flights to Africa. Collier stated that she did not make these purchases. No one had permission to be in possession of, or to be using her debit card Collier wished to press charges. A report was generated.
On 09.01.2011 at approx 1220hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched by public service to meet with Cathy Estes (w/f 28yoa) who wished to report a theft. Estes advised that between 07.06.2011 and 08.29.2011, she believed a known subject took, without permission, an estimated $4,820.00 in electrical wiring from a rental home she owns at 305 W Third St. A report was taken.
On 09.01.2011 at approx 1400hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 1512 N Main St for a disturbance involving an assault on a family member. Rebecca Hookie (w/f 29yoa) advised Jeremy Lummus (w/m 27yoa) had assaulted her. Lummus was originally gone upon arrival and officers looking for him located him when he returned to the residence. Lummus fled on foot and after a short pursuit with officers, was taken into custody. Lummus was charged with assault family violence (enhanced), evading arrest or detention, and had a Parole violation (Blue) warrant.
On Thursday 09-01-2011at approximately 17:47 hrs.reporting officer ( J.Hanna # 31) was dispatched to the Weatherford Police Dept. to talk with Barbara Jackson (w/f 37yoa) in reference to a Theft. Barbara advised that sometime between 04/30/2011at 22:00 hrs. to 05/01/2011 at 07:00 hrs., some unknown person stole two skateboards from off her front porch. Barbara said that she lives at 1301 West Water St.. Barbara advised that only one of the skateboards belonged to her son and that it was valued at $ 99.99. A report was made for Theft $50<$500.
On Friday, 09-02-11, I (Officer J. Richard #73), Officer M Windham, and Sgt D Whitford, were dispatched to the 300 block of Adams Dr. Weatherford, Texas in reference to a large fight in progress. Officers made scene, and found a Hispanic male lying on the pavement in the parking lot bleeding from a head injury. The actors were gone from the scene upon Officers arrival, but were identified by several witnesses to the fight. The Hispanic male victim, identified as Adalberto Pimental (w/m 33yoa) was transported by LifeCare to Harris Methodist Downtown for treatment.
