On, 08-30-2011 qt 10:00 hours, officers were dispatched to a convenience store located at 1832 South Main in Weatherford, in reference to a theft. According to employee Kristin Craig (w/f 29yoa) a W/M pumped 78.00 dollars in fuel and drove away without paying for the gas. A vehicle description was given along with a license plate number. Charges were filed and this case is being investigated.
On Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at approximately 12:12 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to the Weatherford Police Department to meet a reporting person, William Wood (w/m 36yoa), in reference to the theft of a wallet. I was told the theft occurred at 325 Adams Dr., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas shortly after 20:15 last night. The wallet was taken by an unknown person and with the intent to deprive the owner of the wallet. The wallet and its contents were valued at approximately $250. A theft report was made for this incident.
On Tuesday, August 30, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 1500 Peaster Hwy., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a burglary of a building. When I arrived I spoke with the complainant, Earl Sandford Fields II (w/m 36yoa), who told me the tools were taken, he believes by a person known to him, sometime between August 16, 2011 and today. Fields estimated the value of the tools taken at $2000. The building was entered without Fields' consent and with the intent to commit the theft of the tools. A burglary of a building report was made for this incident.
On Tuesday, 08-30-2011 at 1313hrs I was dispatched to 2109 Timber Cove Ct. in reference to a burglary of a vehicle. Upon arrival I met with the complainant a Nicholas G. Craven (w/m 35yoa) who advised that sometime between 0000hrs and 0750hrs on 08-30-2011 an unknown person gained entry into his 2005 Toyota Sequoia and stole an in-car TV screen, two Sony PSP's, and his wallet. A report for burglary of a vehicle was taken.
On 08-30-11 at approx 1321 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to Interstate 20 to assist an officer. Upon my arrival I was advised by Ofc Cruz Rivas that he had stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon doing so, an occupant in the vehicle was found to have a warrant for his arrest. Donald R Mullins (w/m 34yoa) was found to have a warrant for Assault cause BI (FV) bond revoke. Mullins was taken into custody and transported to the Parker Co Jail.
On August 30, 2011 at approxiamtely 1823hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1911 Wall St. in reference to a criminal mischief. Upon arrival Goff contacted the complainant, Nileshkumar Jayswal (I/M 48yoa). Jayswal stated that unknown person(s) intentionally damaged the businesses elevator board (valued at $910.00) sometime between 0800hrs and 0830hrs on August 30, 2011.
