On Tuesday 8/23/11 Officer B Stagner responded to the 2200 block of Whitney DR, Weatherford TX in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with the complainant Dana Jo Wilson (w/f 26 y/o) who advised on the previous night unknown persons entered her unlocked 2005 Hummer H1 and stole a purse containing her wallet. Wilson advised the person/s knowingly entered her vehicle without her consent and appropriated her property with the intent to deprive.

On this date, at about 1100 hours, I (Officer T. Johnson 319) was dispatched to 701 Ft Worth Hwy (a car rental business) to take a report in reference to a possible car theft. Upon arrival, the complainant, Heather Max (w/f 33yoa), advised that a vehicle had been rented to a white male and had not been returned per the rental agreement or after having been notified by certified letter. A Theft 1500-20000 was made.

On 08.23.2011 at approx 1630hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 122 East I-20 for a report of shoplifting. Upon arrival I met with Jeremy Cohn from loss prevention who advised a white female later identified as Annie V. DeTomasi had concealed four clothing items having a retail value of $74.65 in her purse. She then passed all points of sale without attempting to pay for the items, there by depriving the business of it's merchandise. DeTomasi was arrested for the on-view offense. A report was completed.

On 08/23/2011 at about 2311 hours, Weatherford Police Officers were dispatched to a disturbance call at 111 I20 West. Upon Officers arrival the complainant, Raj Patel (a/m 50yoa), who stated that the tenant of room 224 was damaging furniture in his room. Officer located an intoxicated white male identified as Ryan Michael Treadway 21 years of age on a walk way of the second floor. Officers determined that Treadway was intoxicated in a public place to the degree that he was a danger to himself and others. Treadway was arrested and transported to Parker County Jail without further incident.

On 08-23-2011 at 2343 hrs I (T.Wainscott) Officer with Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 200 blk of Adams St. Weatherford, TX., to a person laying on the ground on the side of the road. Upon arrival I made contact with a Eric Vanburnt (w/m 26yoa) who was determined to be intoxicated in a public place and a danger to himself and others. Vanburnt was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed in the Parker County jail.
