On Saturday, August 20, 2011 I was dispatched to 202 E Church St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a threatening text message. When I arrived I spoke with the complainant, Benjamin Michael Justice (w/m 25yoa), who told me the message was sent about a month and a half ago by a person known to him. The message was sent with the intent to annoy and alarm Justice. A harassment report was made for this incident.
On Sunday 08-21-2011 at approximately 18:56 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to 713 E. Anderson in reference to an assault. On arrival, I met with a white female victim, Dorothy Parker, age 40. The victim advised that on Saturday 08-20-2011 sometime between 04:00 and 04:30 hours she was at 1014 N. Main St. where she was assaulted by two white male subjects unknown to her. The victim advised these two males subjects attempted to take the money out of her pants pocket. A report was made for Assault Causes Bodily Injury.
On August 21, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 148 E I-20 to a department store in reference to a subject possibly stealing from the store. Upon arrival I made contact with the representative for Kohl's Loss Prevention, Tiffany Krieger (w/f 41yoa), and she advised that she had witnessed a male subject stealing merchandise from the store. He then left the store without paying and was stopped in the parking lot. The subject was identified as Thomas Ian-Orion Smith (wm 26yoa). Smith was placed under arrest for Theft $50-$500 and booked into Parker County Jail.
On Monday 08/22/11 at approx. 1:53am Sgt. Laine (R/O) and Officer Watson were dispatched to 1915 Wall Street in reference to a suspicious person. R/O spoke to an employee of the business, ID as Amy Smith, wf 54yoa, who advised that at approx. 1:30am she observed a female in the lobby, later ID as Staci Scott, (w/f 41yoa), who appeared troubled. She advised that Scott then began yelling and cursing at her for no reason. She advised that she became scared and called the police. R/O and Officer Watson made contact with Scott in the lobby. Scott had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on her person, and spoke with slurred speech. Scott did not know where she was or what city she was in. Scott advised that she drank four or five beers and two or three shots in a bar but could not remember the name of the bar. Officers believed Scott to be intoxicated in a public place and a clear danger to herself and others.
