On Friday August 12, 2011 around 7:30am Sgt Rudolph was dispatched to 100 S.Main to speak with Cody Geeo (w/m 27yoa). Geeo stated on this date a "Wacker" brand ditch compactor fell out of the back of a work truck in the 800 block of S Main. Within a couple of minutes the item was stolen and could not be located by employees. A report has been made.

On 8-12-11 at approximately 0952 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, was dispatched to 318 Legacy on a theft call in reference to wire missing from an air conditioner. Upon arrival at 318 Legacy Blvd. I met with the complainant, Viola Snelling (w/f 77yoa), who advised that at approximately 0945 hours this date she discovered that some unknown person or persons without her consent entered her fenced in back yard damaging a hose rack, removed the electrical cover from her air conditioner, cut some of the electrical wiring, and stole the cover. A report was made.

On 08.12.2011 I was dispatched to 1104 Bois D Arc to meet with April Burns (w/f 28yoa) regarding the unauthorized use of her 2006 Pontiac G6 by a known subject. A report was taken.

On 8-12-11 at approximately 1251 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, was dispatched on a theft call at 1921 Ft. Worth Hwy. in reference to someone stealing gas out of company vehicles. I was advised that the call could be handled by public service. I made contact by public service with the reportee, Stephen Whitworth (w/m 47yoa). Whitworth advised that sometime between approximately 1830 hours on 8-10-11 and 0900 hours this date some unknown person or persons without consent stole locking gas caps and an undetermined amount of gas from three company vans. A report was made.

On Friday 08/12/11 Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business located at 1836 S Main ST regarding a theft. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with company representative Amy Whelchel (w/f 36 y/o) who advised that an employee to the business stole property the value of $115. Whelchel identified the employee as a 19 year old white male and advised the subject appropriated property with the intent to deprive the owner. Whelchel advised the business desired prosecution.

On Friday August 12, 2011 at approximately 0130 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business located at 1836 S Main ST in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with a company representative, who identified as Amy Whelchel (w/f 36 y/o), who advised that an employee to the business stole a gift card valued at $200 and used $146.97 to make purchases for her personal benefit. Whelchel identified the employee as a 21 year old white female. Whelchel advised the employee appropriated property without the owner's consent with the intent to deprive. Whelchel advised the business desired prosecution.

On 8-12-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 200 block of Atwood Ct, in reference to a person with a weapon. I arrived on scene and located the subject matching the description given. This subject (Kelly Tyrone Moses b/m 39yoa) was found to be in possession of a firearm and Moses is a convicted felon. Moses was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
