T.Trevino # 71 On 08-10-2011 at approximately 0852 hrs. I was dispatched to 605 South Main Street in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, Star Bolt (w/f 43 yoa), who advised that sometime during the night of 08-09-20011 unknown person(s) stole the gasoline out of a vehicle which was parked on the property. The complainant advised that she did not give anyone permission to remove the fuel and she did wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they unlawfully appropriated property with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report was taken.
On Wednesday 08-10-2011 at approximately 18:19 hours reporting officer (Taber #77) was dispatched to 1023 West Oak St. in reference to a hit and run. On arrival, I met with the complainant, one Clem Lee Smith (b/m 73yoa). Smith advised that around 18:15 hours he heard a loud crash and went outside to discover his vehicle which was parked in front of his residence on the street had been hit by another vehicle and had left the scene. Smith advised he is unaware of who hit his vehicle which is a black in color 1997 Buick Park Avenue. Smith advised damages to be > $200.00. A report was made for Hit and Run.
On Wednesday 08-10-2011 at approximately 19:26 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to 713 E. Anderson St. in reference to theft. On arrival, I met with reporting person, Linda Doris Garrett (w/f 51yoa). Garrett advised that sometime between 18:15 and 18:30 hours on Tuesday 08-09-2011 an unknown person stole her daughter's (Elizabeth Garrett w/f 24yoa) cell phone from a property bag which was located under a chair in the waiting area with the intent to deprive the owner of her property. Garrett advised the cell phone is a Verizon I-Phone valued at approximately $350.00. A report was made for Theft $50. - $500.
On 08-11-2011 at 0128hrs Officer T.Wainscott, Corporal Goff, and Officer Bramow with the Weatherford Police Department were dispatched to1312 W Ball St. in reference to a Disturbance call. Upon arrival, Officers determined Heriberto Montealvo (w/m 27yoa) had assaulted his wife, Cherlie Montealvo (w/f 29yoa). Cherlie was transported to the Weatherford Regional Medical Center, where she was examined by medical staff. Heriberto was arrested and placed into the Parker County Jail for Assault on a Family Member. A report was made.
