Officer E. Warren met with Gerald Weigant (w/m 66yoa) , at the Weatherford Police Department, in reference to the burglary of a vehicle, 2001 white Dodge pick-up. Weigant indicated that an unknown person entered his vehicle and removed a black satchel style briefcase, a cigar case and a lunch bag without his consent. Weigant indicated that the burglary occurred at 220 I-20 W in Weatherford, Texas or at his residence, 1918 Woodland Hills Ln, Weatherford Texas on Thursday 08-04-2011.
On August 8, 2011 at approximately 1448 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a business at 122 Interstate 20 East regarding a theft. Officer Stagner met with business representative Jeremy Cohn (w/m 28 y/o). Cohn advised an unknown black female approximately 20 to 25 years of age stole three pairs of blue jeans valued between $50 to $500. Cohn advised the jeans were taken without the owner's consent with the intent to deprive. Cohn advised the business wanted to press charges.
On 08.09.2011 at approximately 0830hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 411 S Main in reference to a shoplifting. I met with Kathy Holiday (w/f 43yoa) the store manager who advised on 08.04.2011 and unknown person entered the business and without permission, concealed merchandise in the amount of $149.99. The suspect then left all points of sale without making an attempt to pay for the items concealed, depriving the business of it's property.
On Tuesday 09/09/11 at approximately 1200 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a criminal mischief in the 1900 block of Santa Fe Drive. Upon arrival Officer Stagner made contact with Patrick Louis Moresco (w/m 34 y/o) who advised an unknown white male subject threw an object that struck and caused damage to his gray 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt as he drove by. Moresco advised the person intentionally or knowingly damaged his tangible property without his effective consent.
Officer E. Warren spoke with Jane Westbrook (w/f 64yoa) by phone in reference to Identity theft. Ms. Westbrook reported that she was notified by her bank that an unknown person opened an account at a department store, using her information, June 4th 2011. An offense report was taken for fraudulent use or possession identifying information.
On Tuesday 08/09/2011, at approximately 18:30, I was dispatched to call a subject in reference to theft. I made contact by phone with a subject who ID himself as Walker, Gregory Dee (W/M 51yoa). Walker stated that he needed to make a theft report due to being notified by his bank that someone had gotten his debit card number and has been making charges on his bank account. Walker stated that the card number was used four times today in the Houston area. A report will be made for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
On Tuesday 08/09/2011 at approximately 19:06, I was dispatched to 711 Santa Fe. Dr. apt # 233 Weatherford, Texas 76086 to meet with a subject in reference to phone harassment. Upon arrival I met with the complainant ID as Myers, Katherine Ann (W/F 34yoa). Myers stated that she had been receiving harassing sexual text messages from an unknown person at an unknown number. Myers stated that she wanted an offense report made for harassment.
On Tuesday 08/09/2011 at approximately 20:41, I was dispatched to call a subject in reference to criminal mischief to her vehicle. I made contact by phone with the complainant/victim ID as Delacruz, Jennifer L (W/F 40yoa). Delacruz stated that sometime between 18:30 - 19:30 today, possibly at 808 Fort Worth Hwy. Weatherford, Texas 76086, unknown suspect/s damaged her 2005 Chevy Tahoe by breaking the back, passengers side window. Delacruz wanted a report made for criminal mischief.
