On 08-06-2011 at 17:38 hrs, CPL Goff, Officer Bramow, and I (T.Wainscott) officers with the Weatherford Police Department were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call at 202 College Park. Upon arrival it was determined that a mother and daughter (both W/F 45yo and 64 yo) had been assaulted by each other (by scratching each other's arms). No arrest was made and the 45 yo female left with her boyfriend to their residence in Parker County. A report was made for assault causing bodily injury.
On Sunday 08-07-2011 at approximately 20:07 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to contact a complainant by phone in reference to a domestic disturbance. The complainant, a white female age 46, advised she did not want an officer to make scene and wanted contact only by phone. Officer Taber contacted the complainant by phone who advised she was assaulted by her husband, a white male age 49, while in their vehicle in the 1000 block of S. Main St. The complainant advised her husband bent her fingers backwards while trying to get her keys from the ignition and scratched her arm causing her pain. A report was made for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.
