On Wednesday 08-03-2011, Officer E. Warren met with Joel Mellish (w/m 69yoa) at the Weatherford Police Department. Mr. Mellish reported that an unknown person had stolen his Chase checking account number and fabricated checks using his information. Mr. Mellish reported that between 07-03-2011 and 07-08-2011, there were several of the fabricated checks used to make purchases. An offense report was taken for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information,
Officer E. Warren spoke with Dale Golgart by phone, in reference to unauthorized charges to his account. Mr. Golgart reported that he observed two charges to his bank account that he did not make, that occurred at some point during the day on Tuesday 08-02-2011. Mr. Golgart reported that the charges were made in Las Vegas Nevada. An offense report was taken for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
On 08.03.2011 at approxiately 1445 reporting officer C Brown was dispatched to 1013 W Spring in reference to an assault. A white male juvenile reported he was assaulted on 08.02.2011 at approximately 1900hrs while skating at McGratton Park, 500 N Main by a known subject. A report was taken.
On Wednesday 08/03/2011, at approximately 20:13, I was dispatched to Wendy's parking lot located at 1980 S. Main St. Weatherford, Texas 76086 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I met with the complainant/victim ID as Bowers, Wendy Michelle (W/F 30yoa). Bowers stated that she was at that location to meet her ex husband so that she could pick up her daughter. Bowers stated that when she arrived, her ex husband caused damage to her vehicle. A report for criminal mischief was taken.
On Thursday 08/04/2011, at approximately 02:10, I was patrolling the 1800 block of S. Main St. Weatherford, Texas 76086 when I noticed a subject stumbling as he walked down the road. Upon further investigation, the subject, identified as Michael Brown (w/m 26yoa) was found to be intoxicated and arrested.
On Thursday 08/04/2011 at approximately 03:00, Sgt. Whitford and I were dispatched to the Waffle House located at 2521 S. Main St. in reference to a subject who was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Upon arrival we made contact with the subject and we determined that the subject, identified as Michael Newman (w/m 28yoa), was intoxicated and he was arrested for public intoxication.
