On 7-29-11 at approximately 1045 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, made a traffic stop 300 N Brazos with a light blue Lincoln Towncar. A w/f passenger who identified herself as Valerie Marie Presa was arrested for a Weatherford Warrant for Open Container Alcoholic Beverage Passenger

On Friday July 29, 2011 Officer Stagner made contact by phone with Jim Jarvis (w/m 52 y/o) regarding a hit and run. Jarvis advised his blue 2000 Ford F250 extended cab pickup truck was struck by another vehicle while it was parked in front of his apartment located in the 300 block of Jennifer Ct. Jarvis advised the operator of a motor vehicle that collided with and damaged his unattended vehicle failed to locate and notify him of the damage and provide him with their name and address. A report was completed.

On Friday July the 29th, 2011 Sgt Rudolph #35 met with Donna Bethke at WPD, 801 Santa Fe in reference to a possible known subject stealing one of her personal checks from 1500 Old Dicey Rd in the month of June 2011 without her consent and then later forging it and passing it at a local bank recently receiving money without the effective consent of Bethke.

ON 7-29-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 100 block of I-20 E, in reference to a theft call. I arrived and made contact with the victim (Monica Odruna). Monica advised she let an unknown person borrow her Apple iPhone 4 and that person took off running with the phone and never gave it back.

On Friday 07/29/2011, at approximately 19:15 Officer Meza and I were dispatched to 202 College Park Dr. Apt # 266, Weatherford, Texas 76086 in reference to a domestic violence assault. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant/victim ID as Davis, Keri Leigh W/F 47yoa who stated that she was assaulted by her common law husband. Davis did complain of an injury to her right arm. Davis did state that she wanted to file charges for the assault. The husband was arrested and booked into the Parker County Jail.

On 7-29-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 1100 block of Santa Fe to assist Parker County SCU units. I was advised that they had observed a white 1995 GMC pickup make two separate traffic violations. I caught up to the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Jose Luis Puentes Landeros. Landeros had no driver's license and no current proof of insurance. Landeros was placed under arrest for those two charges. I then inventoried the vehicle for impound. I located 8 small plastic baggies containing a white powdery substance that field tested positive for Cocaine. The entire weight of the baggies and the Cocaine was 5.5 Grams.

On 07/29/2011 at about 2125 hours, Weatherford Police Officer was dispatched to an assault in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. Upon arrival Justin Deffenbaugh reported that a known suspect intentionally and knowingly struck him several times in the face, causing him pain and injury. Deffenbaugh wished to pursue criminal charges for assault against the suspect. A report was made.

On Friday, 07-29-2011 at approximately 2212 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 100 block of O'Brien Court, in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who was verbally identified as Amy Vlynn Harris. Ms. Harris reported that unknown person(s) had entered her open garage, which had attached to her residence. Ms. Harris reported that the same person(s) entered her roomates vehicle and stole her brown tri-fold wallet. Ms. Harris reported that she did not give anyone permission to obtain her wallet or be in her garage. I advised Ms. Harris a report would be generated for the offense of Burglary of a Habitation.

ON 7-30-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the area of the 406 I-20 E service road, in reference to a possible burglary. I arrived on scene and made contact with the reporting party (Danny Harris) Hrrris advised that in the last 1-2 weeks an unknown person did damage to the property.

On Saturday, 07-20-2011 at approximately 0021 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 300 block W. Bridge Street, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (juvenile) who advised that she was assaulted by her neighbor. The complainant advised that the neighbor made physical contact and it caused her pain. A report was made for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
