On July 30, 2011 at approximately 1146 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a possible drunk driver. Dispatch advised the vehicle would be a white 2005 Chevy Avalanche. Dispatch advised the driver was reported to drive to the First Financial Bank, located at 101 College Park Ave, exit the vehicle and enter the bank. Officer Stagner located the suspect matching description of the driver and identified him as Ramon Gomez (w/m 42 y/o). Officer Stagner observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on Gomez' breath. An intoxication investigation was completed. Gomez was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to the Parker County Jail. Gomez was intoxicated in a public place and a danger to himself and others.
On July 30, 2011 Officer Stagner was at the Parker County Jail located at 129 Hogle ST. Officer Stagner was notified by Parker County Jail staff that Gary D Stephens Jr. (w/m 24 y/o) was on the premises visiting an inmate and he had three outstanding Parker County warrants for his arrest. Officer Stagner confirmed three warrants for DWLI, Open Container and VPTA in the name of Gary D Stephens Jr. Officer Stagner located Stephens in the visitation room at the jail and he was arrested.
On 07/30/2011 at about 1740 hours, Weatherford Police Officers were dispatched to a shots fired call at 1428 Shadow Run, Weatherford, Texas. Officer arrived and negotiated the surrender of a mentally distraught white male who had discharged a handgun inside the residence at 1428 Shadow Run. Officers detained this person and transported him to Weatherford Regional Hospital for physical and mental evaluation.
On Sunday 07/31/2011, at approximately 03:51, Sgt. Whitford and I were dispatched to 1116A Hanover St. Weatherford, Texas 76086 in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I met with the victim ID as Pruitt, Jim Brian W/M 34yoa. Pruitt explained that he went to pick up his girlfriend at 326 Wintergreen Ct. Weatherford Texas 76086. Pruitt stated that he was standing outside talking to his girlfriend when a subject walked up and punched him in the mouth. Pruitt stated that he left and went home to 1116A Hanover St. Pruitt stated that subjects arrived and broke out a window at their residence. A report was made for assault with bodily injury and criminal mischief.
