Weatherford Police Department News Blotter July 27, 2011

July 27, 2011 by Anonymous

On Saturday, July 23, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 401 N Boundry St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to egg thrown on a house. When I arrived I met with complainant Mary Lisa Ellis, who is a resident there, and who told me that egg had been thrown on a truck there as well, and that a note had been left at the house referencing these and another incident. Ellis told me these events began on Monday, July 18, 2011 at about 08:00, are being done by a person(s) not known to her, and with intent to harass, annoy, alarm, torment, or abuse her. A harassment report was made.

Officer E. Warren met with Deborah Boyce at the Weatherford Police Department. Ms. Boyce reported several instances of someone else possibly using her identity, dating back to 1995. An offense report was taken for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.

On this date, Officers were dispatched to the area of 100 E Fifth St. and N Elm St. in reference to a disturbance between two individuals. On arrival, Officers observed two individuals in the 100 block of E Fifth St. verbally arguing. Officers separated subjects and identified each individual. Both subjects stated they were traveling as passengers inside a moving vehicle and got into a verbal argument over a cell phone. Lacy Lemmings W/F 28 was checked through WPD for existing warrants. Lemmings was confirmed through WPD dispatch to have a Parker County SO warrant for Theft of Property $50<$500. Lemmings was arrested for said warrant and transported to PCSO jail. No further Information.
