On 7-21-11 I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 412 W. Bridge St. Upon arrival at 412 W. Bridge I was met by the complainant, Nelia Carter, who advised that sometime between 2255 hours last date and 0730 hours this date some unknown person intentionally or knowingly egged her vehicle, a dark blue 2004 Jeep Liberty causing her substantial inconvenience. A report was made.

On 07-20-11 at about 1520 hours, Jeffery Bell reported that sometime the previous night, someone entered his storage building and stole a Graco Airless paint sprayer. The storage building was located at 1513 Santa Fe Dr. A Burglary of a building report was completed.

On 7-20-2011 I made a traffic stop in the 300 block of W Water St, on a yellow 2004 Ford F-250. The front seat passenger identified himself as John Michael Segura. WPD dispatch Segura had active warrants for his arrest out of this department.

On Wednesday, 07-20-2011 at approximately 2003 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to 323 W. Fourth Street in reference to a theft offense. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant. The complainant was verbally identified as Carroll Moody Dawson. Mr. Dawson advised that between 19:10 hours and 19:15 hours this date, four unknown suspect(s) entered the liquor store and deprived him of $156.97 worth of liquor. Mr. Dawson stated that he did not give permission to the suspect(s) to remove the items and wanted criminal charges filed against the group. An offense report was created for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

July 20, 2011 at about 2309 hours, Sergeant Whitford (I) was dispatched to a Criminal Mischief call in the 200 block of Clinton Street. Upon arrival I was met by the Complainant, Kristi Morris, who stated sometime between 2300 hours and 2309 hours, unknown suspect(s) broke the rear window of her 2008 Ford pickup, by unknown means. A Criminal Mischief report was completed for the estimated damage of $300.00.

On 7-21-2011 I observed a Silver 1998 Mercury Sable make a right turn from Mockingbird onto Charles St. The vehicle did not use a turn signal. I initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle and identified the occupants were under the age of 21 and there was alcohol inside the vehicle.
