At approximately 09:15 hours this date,reporting officer J.Shelley - 63 was dispatched to contact subject Pam Kaiser by telephone regarding a person peeking into her windows in the mornings between 06:00 and 07:00 hours. Kaiser advised a w/m approximately 5'11", 165#, wearing glasses and walking a small dog had been seen peeking into her windows on two seperate occasions, this latest being this date. The address is 1600 Holland Lake Dr.
On this date, at about 1050 hours, I (Officer T. Johnson 319) was dispatched to 702 S. Main St in reference to a customer that threatened to display a handgun to Richard R. Bronaugh (Senior Optician/Lab Manager). The suspect left prior to my arrival.
On this date at approximately 1210hrs, Reporting Officer, C Brown #74, was dispatched to 1501 Texas Blvd for a disturbance. Upon arrival I met with Morgan Irvin who advised a client, identified as a white female approximately 22 years of age, became agitated with the information being given her. The client verbally threatened Irvin stating if she made contact with her again, she would cause her bodily injury. The client then exited the business knocking over chairs in the reception area as she left.
On Friday, 07-15-2011 at approximately 2322 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67, was dispatched to 1702 N. Rusk Street, in reference to a theft offense. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant identified as Austin Zumaya. Mr. Zumaya reported between 2300 hours and 2320 hours, unknown person(s) had entered a secured garage, which was detached from the house. While inside the suspect(s) stole the base unit of a remote control car, which was valued at $500.00, and belonged to his brother-in-law. A report was created for the offense of Burglary of a Building.
On Saturday, 07-16-2011 at approximately 0130 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 and Cpl. Joe Hanna #31 were dispatched to 100 block of W, Weatherford Street, in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival, I spoke with the victim, who advised she had been assaulted by her boyfriend and that he had left the area prior to officers arrival. I observed that the victim had visible signs of trauma. The victim informed me that she wanted to file criminal charges against the boyfriend. A report was created for the offense Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Member.
At approximately 08:15 hours this date, Officer J. Shelley - 63 was dispatched to 111 Marina View Ct. to meet Mr. Johnny Johnson regarding criminal mischief to his mailbox that occurred sometime between the hours of 20:00 on 07/15/2011 and 08:00 hours on 07/16/2011. Johnson reported that his wife heard a noise outside at approximately 22:00 hours on 07/15/2011 and he assumes that is when the damage occurred. It appeared that someone had struck the mailbox with a cylinderal object causing damage to the body of the box and the door.
On Saturday July 16, 2011 Sgt Rudolph, #35, spoke to a white female, Kimberly Pina, in reference to a criminal mischief where a chain link fence was damaged at a rent house she owns in the 100 block of W Weatherford. A known white male subject drove a vehicle through the fence causing significant damage. This incident occurred July 16, 2011 around 1am. No arrest(s) have been made and this case will be sent to CID for further investigation.
On 7-16-11 at approximately 12:32pm I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 1705 E. Lake Dr. in reference to a damaged mailbox. Upon arrival at 1705 E. Lake Dr. I met with the complainant, Anthony Biffle. Biffle advised that sometime between approximately 1400 hours last date and 1230 hours some unknown person or person with out his consent damaged his mailbox. A report was made.
On Saturday 07/16/11 at 20:00 hrs. I Officer ( J.Hanna # 31) was dispatched to the Weatherford Police Dept. In reference to a Criminal Mischief . I met with w/m Colby McLin who reported that sometime between 17:30 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. on 07/16/11 an unknown person damaged his 2007 Black Ford F-150 truck that was parked at his residence, 2100 Valley Dr. A report was made.
R/O was dispatched to 200 blk of Hickory Ln in reference to a reported domestic disturbance . Tommy Hadley reported that he was assaulted by a family member. The family member left scene when he was told that the police had been called. No arrest was made. A report was made documenting the incident.
On Sunday July 17, 2011 at about 2pm Sgt Rudolph, #35, spoke by phone to a white male, John Breaux III, in reference to a known subject that has his 2005 Coachman bumper pull RV and refuses to bring it back. Breaux III made a theft report, the trailer was taken from 2205 Tin Top June 30, 2011.
On 7-17-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to a parking lot in the 600 block of Palo Pinto St, in reference to a hit and run accident. I arrived on scene and made contact with a witness and the victim (Maria Escobar), who advised an unknown subject driving a white vehicle struck the victim's vehicle on the right rear quarter panel and then fled the scene without leaving any information.
On 7-17-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the parking lot of Wal-Mart in reference to an accident and a reckless driver. I arrived on scene and determined there was no accident and located the alleged reckless driver who was already outside of his vehicle. This person was identified (Trinidad Ramirez) and found in a public place and was intoxicated to the degree he was a danger to himself and others. Ramirez was arrested for Public Intoxication.
