Parker County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating unknown suspect(s) in connection with a burglary of a building call Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said the incident was reported in the 7500 block of West Interstate 20, in Millsap, and occurred sometime between Tuesday evening, July 12, and Wednesday morning, July 13.
The victim told deputies unknown suspects forcefully entered two storage buildings located on the property of Praise Pavilions, an event rental facility business, and stole a self-propelled lawn mower, miscellaneous hand tools and an air conditioning unit. Also missing from the property was several thousand dollars worth of oak lumber.
“There has been a recent increase in property crimes and air conditioning thefts,” said Sheriff Fowler. “We strongly suggest residents and business owners take precautions and invest in security systems, locks and report any and all suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.”
