BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a REGULAR MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on MONDAY the 26 of APRIL 2010 in the COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD, TEXAS, TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:

EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.071 Consultation with an Attorney of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit:Potential litigation involving payment of health insurance claim. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate action regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session.
