BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY,TEXAS, will convene in a SPECIAL MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY the 28th of APRIL 2010 in the COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD, TEXAS,TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:

1. Authorization:
a. To review a subdivision to be known as Owen Parc, located on East Bankhead Drive in Precinct #4, to
determine clasification of revision, new subdivision, or cancellation. (Commissioner Webster/Leslie

2. Accept as county maintained:
a. Cambridge Park Trail, totaling .299 miles, located in Cambridge Addition, a subdivision in Precinct
Three #3. (Commissioner Roth)

3. Approval of Preliminary Plat:
a. For a subdivision to be known as Adams Place, located on West Lambert Road in Precinct #2.

b. For a subivision to be known as Rolling Glen Estates, located on FM 51 in Precinct #1.

4. Release Maintenance Bond:
