Curtis Lee Waters

Curtis was born June 22, 1958 to John and Lillie Duncan Waters in Statesville, North Carolina.

Curtis was the rock of our family. He devoted his life to his family. They were his purpose, his pleasure. He is in Heaven holding Mia in his arms, forever.

Curtis was preceded in death by his daughter, Mia Rose Waters, on April 17, 2007; father, John Waters.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Robbins Waters of Aledo; children, Jordan Hampton and wife, Marissa, Tyler Hampton, Riley Waters, June Waters, Seth Waters, and Katy Ruiz and husband, Moises; grandson, Reami Ruiz; mother, Lillie Waters and Malcolm Ballew of Ennis; brothers, Harold Waters and wife, Debbie, of Fort Worth, and children, Nathan, Nolan, and Marcy Waters, Terry Waters and wife, Lou Ann, of Aledo, and children, Jonathan and Julie Waters; and a host of loving family and friends.
