Alice Mary Bennett Clark

Alice was born March 18, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Lucille Bennett. She enjoyed dancing, reading, swimming, traveling and tending her rose garden. After marrying Roy Clark in 1947 Alice devoted her life to her family. Alice and Roy moved from Chicago to Midlothian, Illinois in 1954, where they lived happily together until 2004.

Alice raised her children with deep devotion and unending love. She taught them that kindness matters and and that family always comes first. Her honesty and independent nature lives on in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alice leaves a legacy of tender love and many blessed happy memories.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Roy R. Clark; her cherished granddaughter, Amy Drzewiecki; and her brother, John Bennett.

She is survived by her children, Madeline Skinner and husband, Gary, Keffrey Clark and Beatrice Minner; granddaughters, Tracy Stoff, Jody Drzewiecki and Cayla Clark; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Dominick and Alice Stoff, Emilie and Ella Alcock; sister, Elizabeth Burton; many nephews and one niece.
