Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the City Administrator to implement each item in accordance with the staff recommendation.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

18. The City Council for the City of Aledo, Texas, will convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 to discuss the following:

b) State Office of Administrative Hearings Docket No. 582-07-3998; TCEQ Docket No. 2007-0020-MWD: Application by the City of Aledo for an amendment to TPDES Permit No. WQ0010847001.

c) City of Willow Park, Texas v. City of Aledo, Texas, et. al., No. CV07-2129, 43rd District Court, Parker County, Texas.

551.072 DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY – to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

551.074 DELIBERATION REGARDING PERSONNEL – to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee – City Secretary annual performance evaluation.
